I sadly struggle with kidney stones and so I drink a ton of water. I drink enough that I can get my electrolytes off and I give myself a nasty headache. I've tried drinking electrolyte replacement drinks, but I don't really like them. Plus if I'm working on a kidney stone, I just want water. I've been working on a stone this week and drinking a TON of water very quickly. This was 100% what I was missing from my keto diet. In keto, people constantly say how important electrolytes are. Until recently, I have ignored this information. I started this product on 7/9 at the recommendation of my cousin. I was drinking my ketones, but I find the pill much more convenient and WAY more affordable. I can say that my energy level is definitely up, my appetite has been curved, and I’ve also lost 7 pounds using this product coupled with a modified keto diet. I’ve had up and down days, but I also don’t deny myself when I crave something because for me personally, I would fail at keto if I didn’t allow myself a cheat day or snack here and there. I have been in Ketosis for probably about 3 months now. Additionally, I began exercising by cycling 3 times a week.
