It's early days, the tablets are quite big and hard to swallow even broke in half as the dose is three a day. Hope there are good results.

Vitamins are good. Would recommend them. Just a shame that Delivery was so poor. Amazon Delivery people just don't care, they don't read instructions or just ignore them. They are in too much of an hurry to get to next Delivery.
