While on a Road Scholar tour of the Balkans, I encountered a local guide in Serbia who used a bee propolis spray for her sore throat and so I purchased some drops at a monastery. After reading up on the benefits of bee propolis I decided to try it to see if it improved my occasional mental fog. I have noticed definite benefits just taking one gel cap per day. The drops or spray are bitter, and the caps have a strong odor when you smell the open bottle, but taking them is not a problem, and I do not get any redux. I recommend Super III Natural Bee Propolis 200 softgels.

Small gel pills. Loved it

I purchased this based on the five 5-star reviews, because the price is a great value, and because it has a little bit of vitamin c and zinc. I opened a bottle and took only one pill, being cautions of any potential allergic reactions per the warnings. As I was putting the bottles away I noticed the additional ingredients that were not shown or listed on the item description - soybean oil, FDC yellow red and blue food colorings and titanium dioxide. Having a kind of fibromyalgia that is affected by chemical/additive and certain food sensitivities, I was very disappointed and am returning the bottles. I can't say if this product provides all the benefits I was looking for in Bee Propolis but the additives seemed to be pointless for this kind of product.

Seems to be a great product, but I have to take a point away for all of the unnecessary dye used.

Don't be sold on the beautiful presentation of this product... you’d think you are buying the best quality...Opened up the capsule, tested it. It is NO Propolis!!! This product is NOT what it is advertised to be.

This is no pure propolis :(
