This thing is awesome! It helps keep my water level adjusted with no more hassle of setting a timer or accidentally forgetting to turn off my water and my pool overflows. Yeah...if you have a pool, you know what I mean.Very simple to assemble and instructions were straight forward. My only issue I had with it was that when I first put it together, the unions had some leaks. I had to add some teflon tape to seal it up and it worked just fine. They probably should have just done that from the very beginning.Otherwise it is a simple way to keep your water and the correct level and I recommend this item to everyone that has a pool and does not want the hassle of periodically having to fill your pool manually.Get it, your will wish you had this a long time ago.

Very pleased with my purchase. After a week of researching for the best product for the job at hand. I have a slow leak in my in-ground pool that will only be resolved with new pool liner and just don’t have the funds right now after JUST installing a home generator and on the heels of a new pool pump 🤦🏼‍♀️… Have been losing about 2” of water per 24h in this Florida heat. Tired of having to fill constantly and worrying about burning up my pool pump as it’s automatic.Came quickly and as described. Easy to put together right out of the box. Unfortunately, it’s all plastic BUT it is very thick and seems to be very well made and sturdy- time will tell in our Florida sun how it holds up to the UV rays. I took away a star because it’s very ‘fiddely’ getting the bobber/water leveler sorted out and set. I’m worried it will break as it’s very thin plastic holding the ‘water bobber/leveler’. At first, it almost seemed too short a neck (that goes into the water) and I literally turned it till the end of the nob that holds the bobber/leveler and it came off… (oops!) A few curse words later and a sprits in the face got me back on track and I managed to get it back together and try again. I am at the very end of the bobber/water level float but it seems to be working. I haven’t lost much (if any) water at all in the last 24hrs since I installed it.My pool doesn’t have an angled ledge so I didn’t have to put sand or rocks in the unit to keep it in place- I will for safety but I don’t foresee it going anywhere the way I have it set up.It has 2 little back legs that twist out for those who do have an uneven/angled pool ledge which is helpful.All in all a good purchase. It’s simple and it works. I don’t think it’s worth the price as it’s all plastic in all honesty but it is what it is.

Float gets stuck and water will either stay on or never turn on which defeats the purpose of this item. I bought this hoping I could spend a week vacation without having to turn my pump off as this should keep the water level of the pool at the correct depth. However, after installing the item I set the float to the proper depth. The next day after coming home from work I checked and the pool level was low. I manually pulled up the float and released it and the water started to flow. I set my timer for 1 hour which should have been more than necessary to fill the pool to desired level. My alarm went off and I checked and the pool was still filling. I once again manually pulled up the float and released and the water shut off. This product is useless.

A must have, if you are away from home few a few days. Keeps water level correct. Preventing water level from dropping and skimmer sucking air. I had the same water leveler for several years and it had worked great. After several years in the sun, the housing started to get a bit brittle and mount tabs ended up getting broken off. I was pleased to see that these were still available. I expect several years of use out of this new one.
