I have tried SO many natural deodorants over the last 15ish years and I have to say, I am so pleasantly surprised by this deodorant brand. I have always been a pretty sweaty person and so that poses a significant challenge to any non-anti-perspirant of keeping odor at bay. This one was up for the task. I also get rashes after about a week of use on many brands. Not just from baking soda - Secret Outlast gave me a rash too. I have been using this brand for 3 weeks now and NO rash! I also have had NO BODY ODOR. Not even the typical transition period from my anti-perspirant... I don't know what magic is in this, but I am so happy with it.I would describe the texture as like a cream to powder. It is very thick, but not hard. It is easy to get out the right amount on your finger and it instantly melts into the skin and spreads (I don't feel like I am tugging on my skin) and creates a powdery feeling. Very interesting. I like it.I got the blue lotus scent first and was not a huge fan. It isn't awful, just too floral and almost matronly for me. The scent levels are subtle, which I appreciate, but I can totally smell it on myself when I wake up the next morning.I do still use that scent, but I went to the website and ordered the limited addition honey vanilla. It is much better. The scent isn't particularly beautiful, but it is good enough. More earthy than I expected.I also got a sample pack of all the scents! I am excited to smell them all, but I have only opened one since they have several uses worth in them (at least for me. Idk how much other people use, but I only use in between a pea and a chickpea's worth). The one I opened is grapefruit lemon and it smells divine. The sample pack is definitely worth it if you aren't sure which scent to try.I also got the bamboo applicator. I don't use it... did once, but I prefer to use my fingers. The applicator is overkill, in my opinion.

I have extremely sensitive skin and finding deodorant that actually works AND doesn’t give me a rash or chemical burns is difficult. But I live in a hot climate, so me going without deodorant is not something I can politely inflict on the people around me. I’ve only been using this stuff for a few days and it’s already possibly my favorite deodorant ever.Notably absent from the ingredient list are aluminum, baking soda, and fragrance, which is often the biggest problem for me; it’s scented with essential oils instead, and the scent is quite mild and pleasant. I looked up the ingredients using Ecogolik’s ingredient checker. It did not have tapioca powder or most of the essential oils in its database, but every other ingredient was confirmed to be nontoxic.I went with the cedar vanilla scent and really enjoy it—it’s subtle and gender neutral and I’m a woodsy kind of person. This is actually the first scented deodorant I’ve used that wasn’t an issue for me.It came with a little wooden applicator, but I just use my fingertips. It does not leave white stains on clothes and doesn’t have that slimy feel some deodorants have; it goes on like a cream and actually feels quite dry once applied. (It is not an antiperspirant, however.) Most importantly, it WORKS. It controls body odor for about a day, which is long enough for me. And no skin irritation!I also think it’s cool that the company uses regenerative farming and recyclable packaging. That’s not the main reason I picked it, but I’m glad more companies are doing this and happy to support it as long as the product works for me, which it does.I would definitely recommend this to others with sensitive skin who would like deodorant that works, doesn’t cause irritation, and is scented without being overpowering.

I have purchased a total of 10 jars of deodorant; not all for me but my husband, daughter, my mom and cousin uses them and we swear by this. This has held up through thru my postpartum phase, my mom’s menopause changes and my hubby and cousin post workout. Hubby and I have rotated between Grapefruit lemon (absolute fav), blue lotus and blue tansy. My daughter uses unscented and my cousin uses cedar vanilla. We all absolutely love it! One thing we like is, once applied, we do not have to rush to put more on throughout the day or even the next day most times. We do still occasionally sweat but I’ll take the odorless sweat over funk any day. I have committed to this company hold heartedly.

I was looking for reviews for people that used primally pure prior but couldn't find any.Let this be the review for you!I used primally pure charcoal because I wanted better formulated deodorant - it works great, but I don't love the price point and the fact it takes forever to get here and it seems like we just go through it so fast.My husband's sweat stinks. (Don't tell him) And I have hyperhidrosis personally - so I have excessive sweating I get Botox for from my insurance since 2013 - a long time. It's always been extremely hard for me to find deodorant that worked or didn't irritate me. I was super skeptical on this brand, but decided to try it.I LOVE IT. my husband loves it. It works so well. So if it works for someone that produces excess sweat - it'll work for you. I'll choose this 10/10 times over primally pure

I purchased this unscented natural deodorant to try with my active pre-teen who is beginning to experience stinky armpits. I appreciate that this product has such safe topical ingredients across the board. For my child, it’s been very effective at controlling odor all day long! They find it easy to apply, appreciate that it has a powdery, matte feel, and is easy to wash off.Sadly, it was NOT as much of a success for me. I used it after a shower to demonstrate the application process for her and I found it oddly made me smellier than no deodorant at all within just a few hours of sleeping. Thankfully, I have other options that work well and I’m just thankful we found a safe solution for my child.
