Melatonin gives me night sweats!!! So glad I discovered these GABA gummies. It relaxes me and I fall asleep in about a half hour. I wake up well rested.

Very calming. We chew a couple after watching the 10oclock evening news. Take shower, say our prayers for self and other unfortunate folks,, and sleep pretty good. Good combination

This tastes great! The kids even like it. It does come in a tiny bottle though. I think it works too…not profoundly enough to write home to mama about, but it does help.
