Please don't take additonal calcium unless recommended as it will make you sick. I realised this when trying to get ahead of the game on thyroid cancer diagnosis.

A lot of the tablets were broken
I’ve taken these for a while now, have them on subscribe and save. They are ok to swallow, just a little big. I can’t say whether they work or not, it’s hard to tell. My main bugbear is that almost a third of the tablets are broken in half.
