Confidence
I have over the past two years experienced a lack of mobility due to the need of a new hip. I am on a waiting list but as we all know this is going to be a long journey. My confidence has now been extremely "weakened" due to pain and lack of mobility. I can get aids to access through the national health but again a long wait. So I made the decision to help myself but was horrified at the high prices etc of aids available.Found Amazon to be one of the best online shops to see what was available. After much reading of reviews and price checking I discovered the NRS Healthcare Harrier Toilet Frame. A very reasonable price for what is a very well made and sturdy frame. Delivery was fast, a day later than originally given but was kept fully informed by emails. It arrived well packaged and because of the fact it is made in one, not "flat pack" so no putting anything together etc it really is very strong and sturdy, the only thing you will need to do, is adjust the height if it is too low, which is a simply task and then place it around the toilet. It is made of white metal tubes and has grey foot grips and hand bars. It is fairly lightweight but there is no wobble or loosening. It is easy to clean and I feel it has helped me in this "area" of my mobility issues.Note it is just the frame, no extra height toilet seat, if this is needed then it is a separate order. Read the reviews. Many do seem to agree.

Value for money
The only problem with this chair is because the clip holes have been drilled to far up the main frame it is only possible to raise the height of the frame by 2in. On the old frame that it replaced the hole is much lower down so if you want a frame that you can raise more than 2 inches this will not be suitable.

What you see in the photo is what you get.
What you see is what you get. It comes in a big cardboard box. You open the box and you are ready to use it.I placed it over the toilet and it's ready. The only thing you have to do is get rid of the box! It took me 5 minutes to tear it up so I could put it in the buckets.

Invaluable after hip replacement surgery
Ordered for use after hip replacement surgery. I was easy to use, sturdy and made using the toilet so much easier getting up and down. I've removed it now as it's 6 months on, but to be honest I miss it now. I've kept it for future use as I am sure it will one day come in handy again.

Useful
Bought this after a knee operation made getting on and off the toilet difficult. It helps a lot. it is sufficiently sturdy. The cross bar at the front is sufficiently low to fit under the curve of the toilet bowl meaning it is nicely out of the way. The cross bar on some other makes is level with the seat which pushes the whole thing forward which I suspect has the potential to get it the way.

WELL MADE AND VERY STURDY
I'm really pleased with this toilet frame. The Harrier Toilet Frame looks good, needs no fixing, it is really sturdy and very stable. We bought it for my daughter who has ME, but my husband, who is much taller and heavier and who is recovering from a recent fall, also uses it without any problems or need to adjust the leg heights (which is an option).(I tried another make first - cheaper, but a waste of money! It needed to be fixed to the toilet seat and made it impossible to put the seat or cover back completely, it was also unstable, so I've bought the Harrier one instead and am so pleased I did!)

Almost excellent
Bought this for my elderly father but gave it a test flight myself. It is as good as it looks. However, I think it has one major (and easily rectified) design problem. The uprights for the arms are connected to the legs at the front. This looks sensible as this is where most of the force will be but it means that it is impossible to spread one’s legs wide enough to easily clean the bomb bay doors. I think it would be so much better if the arms came up from the back legs leaving more room at the front. Then this product would get a solid 5 stars.
