Very Happy, great value for money
Very happy with purchase, looks and feels brand new. iPad Air M1 with 256SSD plenty of performance for a tablet. I added a JamJake Stylus Pen and a Runelk keyboard/case with the order to round out the configuration, all from Amazon. The pen and case excellent also. Good value for money spent.

would not buy used again
This is my first time buying a refurbished electronic device. It came with a customer service number for issues with the device, and I called twice left messages and it has now been 6 months and still no call back lol. The battery seemed weak to begin with, that should have been my cue to return, but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Now 6 months later it goes dead after 1 hour of use. Not happy, will buy new.

I’m very happy! Can’t even tell that the iPad is used! Not a single dent, ding, or scratch anywhere! Oh, and the 256 gb of storage is great (at least compared to the 64 gb on my previous iPad).

Birthday gift
My husband and I purchased this for a birthday gift for our daughter. She was very specific in what she wanted in an iPad as she has moderate autism. This iPad has plenty of storage . It took her no time to set it up and personalize the screen . She has had it several weeks now and uses it daily. She also down loaded the ring app so she can see who is at the door when she is home alone. Now she will no if she should open the door or not.Over all a great product for the money. I highly recommend.

Came as Advertised
Unit had absolutely no scratches anywhere whatsoever, however unit came just in a fed ex box with bubble wrap. Unit did NOT come with original box or charger or charging cable, but they were kind enough to include a 3rd Party one. I did notice however that this unit was inspected at least by an authorized Apple Tech as I am too and are able to see the repair/ diagnostic logs, however the unit came in with the 15.2 iOS and not the 17.5.1 iOS (at time of purchase), and if an authorize tech did inspect and diagnose the unit they should have updated the IOS as the repair logs shows it was diagnosed at February of this year and if they are following protocols should have at leas updated to the latest iOS do that date which should be around 17.2
