Great stuff.
I've been a fan of Milliput for decades. I sculpt with it, repair household things etc. I've even temporarily repaired teeth with the white pack! As some reviewers have said, Milliput can be difficult to mix, especially if the pack was opened a while ago. So here are some mixing tips for when it does get stiff: 1. avoid any hard or darkened edges of the rolls -cut them off with a stanley knife and just use the softer inner part. 2. make equal sized balls of each part, and flatten each ball into a pancake shape. Squash the two pancakes together and tear the result in half. Put one half on top of the other, squash together, tear in half again, repeat. Eventually you can start rolling into a sausage and folding that as you can with a freshly opened pack. 3. If cutting the rolls, use different blades for each roll, or the epoxy will cure much quicker in the pack.

Tricky to start with....
Was hard to mix. Strongly recommend trimming off the hard skin on one of the sticks. Gives a much smoother consistency. Much easier to mix too. Definitely need to mix for a good 5 minutes. Was really easy to work on the repair I did. A digital camera. Now it's done, I'm really impressed with the product. Can't wait to use it again !

A great product !
I am old enough (I was an apprentice) to remember when epoxy resin first came out, and it was literally a revolution to the way you repaired things which weren't possible before.Things have moved on a lot since, and later in my career, out came the 'industrial version' of this putty, enabling you to 'mould' things, repairing items thet were unrepairable with the epoxy resin, because it 'ran' before it hardens.I was given a very old AVO meter, that somehow the 'Bakelite' support that holds the battery in was broken and missing, so I immediately though of this putty, and I duly mixed equal amounts (you just have to remember that, like the resin, you end up with the sum of the two components - so many people either end up with not enough or loads of waste - and PLEASE wear protective gloves, which you can then throw away !) and it is VERY important that you mix the two together very, very thoroughly, so that it becomes one uniform colour, then you are ready to go.I had already thoroughly cleaned the surface, which fortunately was 'rough; where the piece had broken off, and I pushed it into the broken area, moulding it roughly into the shape I wanted, but leaving sone excess so that I could use my "multitool" to finally shape and polish it later, after it has dried.I like to make sure it has thoroughly dried before finishing the job, so I left it overnight to fully harden, and the result was really good. Conclusion :A great product, just make sure you thoroughly mix it though for the best results and make sure the surface(s) you put it on are 100% clean, using a solvent if necessary.5 stars from me, no problem !

Excellent innovative product for repairs.
I’m all about extending the lifespan of “stuff” and this is my fav product du jour!1. One of the wheels of a sizable piece of Samsonite luggage had crumbled. Everything else in great condition so definitely didn’t want to get rid of it but it wasn’t fit for purpose with this breakage. Followed the easy instructions (used gloves) and literally within the stated 4 hours it has dried solid in place. The wheel is now just like new. This is pre-wheeling it any significant distance but it looks and feels solid. :))2. Additionally, I have a large decorative mirror. It’s 18+ years old, still looks great however a few glass mirror tiles have fallen out. So not so great. I’d tried various superglues but to no avail. It’s too heavy to take down so the tiles have to cure in situ, in a vertical position which isn’t ideal. I tried a piece of Milliput putty which has safely secured the glass tiles in place. I’m so happy with these repairs. Impressive performance. Most excellent product.

Get some titchy sandwich bags to keep it in!
Milliput is famous and reliable, I don’t need to review that. But I see that the sticks now come in sealed plastic wrap rather than plastic bags, which doesn’t really protect it once opened. So a small zip-lock sandwich bag is a good idea to keep it from drying out once open.I used this black milliput to repair a hole in a floor tile and lightened it using white acrylic paint when mixing, and though the colour match isn’t absolutely perfect, the surface finish certainly is - you just can’t feel the join. Wonderful stuff.

Superb Product!
I have used this milliput epoxy putty to repair a hole in my vehicles bumper - the black colour matched almost perfectly. I also then decided to use it to mount a rear camera to my car - due to the fact the putty is mouldable i was able to produce a wedge with just the right angle to give the perfect rear cam view. The product is very easy to use, just slice off the required amount in identical portions from the two tubes of putty, need together for about 5 mins until one solid black colour, then apply to your surface. I found that by applying a small amount of water i was able to mould and shape the putty into my exact requirements.Excellent product!
