Purchased this phone and was pleased with the lack of scratches on the screen etc. Did notice some sealant appearing from the edges of the screen which wasn't, I suppose, attatched correctly. After using for 2 days, I woke up to the screen turning white randomly, and then stayed white after a few more hours of use.Personally, unless the company processes the refund as stated correctly etc, I cannot seeing myself buy from here again. Now depends on the customer service. Avoid if you want a phone for more than 2 days.

I recently purchased this phone which came fairly quickly. I ordered the excellent condition and the screen is absolutely perfect with no scratches or cracks at all which is very good. However, the phone only has a 87% overall battery which isn’t great for an excellent condition phone as anything that is below 85% overall battery health should be replaced. Overall, I do recommend this website for buying refurbished phones as you can find some very good phones for a cheaper price compared to the apple price.

The media could not be loaded. For the price, it’s much better than I expected. The battery life was 92%. The adapter and the cable are mot original but at this price I wouldn’t expect that. Also, they sent me a gift phone case. Thanks

I was initially impressed with the condition of the device. It’s free from and substantial scratches or dents. I am a bit disappointed by the battery health though (max capacity 84%), as this device was listed as in ‘Excellent’ condition (sold by Stock Must Go). Reading other reviews, it seems most are around 90% battery health. Perhaps my expectations were a little too high but I am thinking I will need to pay to get the battery replaced in the next few months.
