Good quality product. Nice and fresh.I like fresh yuca better, but wife prefers this!Due to digestive problems, one can't eat potatoes or nightshades, so we substituted yuca/manioc for a starchy vegetable. Got used to eating it in Peru.

3/4 a cup of cassava flour = 1 cup of wheat flour, making this flour usable for so many tasks, anything you would use wheat flour for. I am corn allergic and wheat intolerant, this is the closest flour to wheat flour in texture and usefulness I can find. I absolutely love this flour. This particular flour was the best deal I have seen for Cassava as well. I recommend it to all people with corn allergies because we have to make most everything from scratch.

So far so good in all my recipes. I love the bulk for the price. Product is comparable to expensive cassava flour in stores.

I used to use Otto’s cassava, but Otto’s are expensive, (and I am heavy cassava user) so I bought this one. Then, with the same recipe, my baking turned out to be very soggy, absorbed oil too much, and I baked totally different things as Otto’s cassava. So I won’t use this cassava anymore. It tasted bad, even I thought it contains something else.

It makes a great sub for regular flour
