Great! Stops me from having to pickup soap bar off floor when it falls off soap dish mounted on wall. Also, don't have to keep cleaning wall behind the soap dish or the soap dish anymore from the residue that develops from the soap bar. It does drip a little after using and gets messy underneath spout. I fixed this by always wiping under it with paper towel I use to dry my hands.

Perfect for the restaurant. This is the second I had to purchase to replace a commercial bought that has issues that was way more expensive

Bought this for my medical clinic. It never worked right - pump was not dispensing soap. Tinkered with it one day late in the evening. It seemed to start working. Next morning it had leaked soap all over the sink, the waste bin, floor, furniture. A royal mess. Looks good, but not a reliable piece of equipment.

I have purchased TWO of these now, and the same issue occurred in both where the pump doesn't work after using it a while. Everything sounds and looks like it should, the dispenser being in good shape and not abused, yet no soap comes out. I am going to have to NOT recommend this dispenser and say look elsewhere. There is no way I am going to purchase a third one. I'll be spending my money elsewhere looking for one that hopefully has a better pump than this one. They can't even last a year with moderate use. DO NOT PURCHASE!UPDATE: They responded to me within a day and sent me a 2 new dispensers, ones with a better pump. Super fast customer service which I was not expecting. Thank you all very much!

Had an issue with my product but the company stepped up and gave me a refund.

The soap dispenser stopped pumping soap just after closing return window date.I purchased 2 one was able to return on time.Now I one that have to trash it and buy new one.Waste of money and timeReview updated:I given up hope since the returning date window was closed.I just expressed my unhappiness in short review.Just in a few day later I received a email from the seller offering me a new updated item and received it within a week.I should’ve contacted them sooner.Their new updated items are so much better and well made.Seller team are exceptional customer care mindset.Thank you for the Team been working hard to satisfy Customers issues.

Bought these for the restaurant . It is metallic so no plastic and easy to install and operate.Easy to clean .
