I'm on my fourth canister of this product and truly love the flavor and the ingredients. I have recommended it to quite a few people, as well. Having said that, i truly dislike the canister/scoop sizes. The scoop is not long enough once you get past a certain point and I wrestled with the first three canisters (yes, I'm rolling my eyes, too, at how long I did that). Definitely decanted this fourth canister into a more "user friendly" container and all is well in the world (lol). Can also recommend the individual packets for their convenience as long as you have something to mix it in if you are avoiding single-use plastic water bottles.

A great alternative to grocery store electrolyte powders which are filled with sugar and potentially dangerous artificial colors. This product is perfect for people that want to increase their fluid intake but don't like the taste of water. I tried the blue raspberry flavor which was very good. The only downside is the price, it seems a little expensive for the amount provided.

The whole family loves this and we enjoy putting it in our water bottles to help keep up our electrolytes, especially in the summertime! My wife has used this ever since having our last baby and it’s also really help. Keep her hydrated as she is nursing. We are very happy with this brand.

I have bought most of the flavors over the years and grape, watermelon, and apple are the stands outs as the best of the best! No sugar like other popular brands. I mix with La croix and it’s the perfect summer drink for hydration!

The best energy and hydration boost I have ever experienced! I’ve used it for 2 months and no longer feel sluggish and tired at work. The passion fruit flavor is my favorite and the powder dissolves easily in my water bottle. By far the best value in the 90 serving canister versus the single pack products.

It taste good, BUT if you put in lime juice it taste better.Instead of drinking sports drinks, I drink this. No more leg cramps at night. If I forget to drink it and have leg cramps in the middle of the night, a 12oz glass stops the cramps in 20 minutes or so.Plus, there's no bottle deposit.

Overall not bad for the price, just wanting to see how long it will last. I only use one scoop per 12ounces of water. I do add some salt to mine to level off the sweet taste. When I add the salt it taste more like lmnt which is fine to me.

I love the grape flavor of this product! I drink 2-16 ounce glasses daily for a couple years now. Good wayto get hydrated. Also love that it is not laced with sugar but uses stevia leaf extract, a safe alternative.
