I was happy, it was happening. So to make a long story short, thirty days later I lost four pounds with diet and exercise. Cost way too much to lose only four pounds. My appetite was not curbed and I didn't feel any better. But my hair grew and my nails were great. I will not buy another bottle of an over priced hair and nail supplement.

I've been taking them for a few weeks and I've really noticed the difference. They help me control my appetite during the day and I feel more energetic. The best thing is that they have a delicious taste, nothing to do with traditional apple cider vinegar. In addition, they have helped me with digestion and I feel less swollen.
