Q: If I screwed in tightly to secure the fixing and then unscrewed slightly to use the screw for hanging something, would the fixing come loose also?

The fixing would not come loose but to achieve the full strength of the fixing interacting with the plasterboard, I'd recommend using a hook. They come in the T-Bolt hanging kit or can be easily bought separately on Amazon.

Q: What size are the bolts?

B&Q says M5, which seems about right - they are awesome however these T Bolts

Q: What size is the thread of the screw ? Need it to be M10 for a shelf

Not sure the actual bolt size but they aren’t M10. Much smaller than that

Q: How thick are the screws please? As they need to fit into ready made holes in metal bracket.

I think they are 6mm screws but the block has to go through a 16mm hole, unless you can get to the back of the fixture
