Very Happy
Works great, Fast delivery. I am not looking for a printer for photos just a good solid color laser for everyday printing. Very pleased so far. My third brother printer and I have no complaints.

This printer is so easy to set up and use. Scanner option is great and clear.

Works as advertised
This my 2nd purchase of the same printer. The price has increased significantly. But the printer is easy to set up wireless in the network and print quality is good. My wish list has one item for improvement..easier switch between letter and legal length paper.

Setup issues, low quality terrible customer support
The setup was not smooth and I cannot get all devices to connect via wireless. The bypass tray is a terrible design with no support for the paper, printer errors unless the paper is physically held to assist with the feed grab. Print quality is below average even after performing a calibration. Colors are no where true to item being printed. Tried to return but was 3 days past the return policy timeline so just got the too bad email without any attempts to help. My husband passed away so just started using the printer. It appears I’m stuck with it because I cannot afford to purchase a different printer and merely absorb the $450 initial investment. Very disappointing 😞

Poorly designed manual tray system!
Feeding paper into manual try is not the greatest.

Two-Sided/Duplex printing sucks
Super unhappy with this printer. Replaced an old HP due to connectivity issues, this printer has similar connectivity issues via Wi-Fi, I can only print at this point if it's hard wired to my laptop.DUPLEX PRINTING IS THE WORST. I attempted to print a 40 page document two-sided and I had to manually feed 1 piece of paper at a time into the manual feed spot. I will never buy a brother printer again. Super disappointed.

The WORST
I’ve had this printer for less than 3 months it broke the vendor was absolutely no help whatsoever. It an amazon approved vendor that we bought and they told it was not their responsibility too bad so I have a $500 printer that I can’t use THE WORST

No service at all re help with connecting printer.
I am unable to use the printer with my Mac with OS Big Sur. The instructional videos that substitute for an actual human being don't work, and I am unable to use the printer. There is no one to talk to at Brother. I am done with this company.
