Sauder Harvey Park Wall Desk, Grand Walnut Finish

I have very little space, but a desk is essential for me. I recalled my great-grandfather's wall-mounted secretary and knew it would be just right. This version fit my limited budget and works perfectly. As a bonus, it looks really nice on my wall when closed. Yeah, it's not fine furniture - or even sorta nice finished wood furniture - but Sauder does a really good job with their faux finishes, the joints are tight, hardware is not visible, hinges, etc are sturdy, doors are properly hung, and it's pretty nice for what it is.The unit is assembled and required only screwing a single mounting board to the wall and then lifting the unit onto it. The board has plenty of holes predrilled so that you can easily find two studs to screw into even if your studs are not set at standard spacing.

This was a reorder because the first desk was broken. This one had a broken piece but it’s easily replaced. It was easy to put up, seems sturdy, and is a good size. The color is on point and the quality matches the price.

Installation was simple nice little setup

This wall desk was very cute and it did not take up a lot of room just like I wanted. There is room to add extra office supplies while still keeping them out of the way. The Desk part had plenty of room for what I needed it for. What I disliked about this wall Desk was I had to be careful how much weight I was putting onto the open desk part making sure that it wouldn’t break and I am not a large person. I’m 5 foot tall and about 115 pounds.

Great product for a great price, but came in a box full of fiberglass particles.

I used this to install security camera nvr. Worked great. Very easy to install. Comes fully assembled.

Anyone who left a review of this piece saying it is real wood is incorrect. It's cheap particle board with a thin wood veneer. It arrived on my doorstep with the package intact, but it must've encountered some abuse on the way here because the thin styrofoam surrounding the fully assembled piece was not enough for it to break in 4 or 5 places. I imagine any decent drop in transport would cause this cheap product to break in the way mine did, see pictures.

I wanted a standing desk option but my space is too small for a standard desk. This unit fit in the corner of my living room just fine. PROS: small size but enough room for a laptop and a cup of coffee, looks decent, has a little storage space and a shelf on top. CONS: kind of a pain to hang. You need to find a couple of studs. The "cleat" that it rests on has holes but they weren't aligned with my wall studs so I had to use a drill. Will require doing some math to get the surface at the right height for you and the instructions won't help in this regard. Kinda cheap MDF and my doors don't align properly, but I guess that's what you get for this price.
