After an exhaustive search for the perfect multi-use bluetooth headphone, I have finally found them! Jabra Halo....AWESOME!
I have spent a lot of money over the past few years on several different Bluetooth headphones. I hate being tethered by wired headphones as I prefer the freedom to move around without getting tangled by the wire or having to carry around whatever device I am using to play music at the time, especially if it is my computer :-p I will address the Jabra Halo in a moment. I first need to contextualize my effort to find the "perfect" Bluetooth headphone. I have purchased and used the following headphones:LG Tone - loved them, especially the magnetic ear bud holders. Sound was pretty good, but weighted on the ends more than I would have preferred. Used them for several years before the wire on one side shorted out.Sony SBH70 - Sound is great! However, I ended up spending more money on ways to keep the darn ear pods in my ear. Also, hated the way they would dangle when not in my ears.Sony SBH80 - Sound was not as good as the SBH70, which surprised and disappointed me. Plus, the ear buds also dangled when not in my ear.MOTO Surround - Nice concept with the magnetic holders for the ear buds, but the sound simply was not up to par.SoundPeats Q12 and Q29 - Loved the prices, but the sound was not adequate.Sony MDRZX770BT - Over the ear headset with by far the best sound. These sound amazing, but not mobile and versatile as ear bud types.Ok, so call me obsessive. It's ok, my wife does too. :-P I recently, and again Googled "Best Bluetooth headphones", narrowed down the search when possible on whatever site I landed on to review only ear bud style as well as around the neck style. When I saw that the Jabra Halo's had the magnetic holder capability for the ear buds, which keep one, or both out of the way when not using, I was intrigued. I was already aware of Jabra's quality with their mono Bluetooth ear pieces for years with call quality and all the reviews for the Jabra Halo mentioned their superior call quality and the Google Now/Siri integration. But, the music sound is what I am more concerned with as I use the headphones primarily for listening to music. I like to "plug in" when at work, but need the option to leave one ear free.Well, I realize I have spent a lot of time jabbering, so now I will tell you all.... DO NOT listen to any reviewer who claims the sound quality when using for music playback is not good, very good, or even great. The Jabra Halo sounds AMAZING. The lows are smooth and deep without distortion. The highs and mids are perfectly tuned where neither the voices or the instruments are drowned out by each other and/or the bass. I am almost frustrated every time I look at all my other headphones laying around, or in a drawer... I wanted initially to leave the Jabra Halos at my work so they are always there and available, but now my dilemma is that I want these with me wherever I go! And with all this said, I never even mentioned the battery life! 2 to 3 times longer than ANY other Bluetooth headphone!Do not even consider any other Bluetooth headphone if you are looking for an ear bud style, able to connect to multiple devices at the same time (laptop and phone), great phone call quality and absolutely awesome music playback sound quality. For less than $80!!! The Jabra Halo is a steal!

The Jabra Halo is heavenly!
This is the best Bluetooth headset I have ever owned! I was very skeptical about the LG Tone because of the not so good reviews. I bought 2 around the neck headsets from some random company and they were both terrible quality, one was DOA. After scouring the web I ran across this set. I was almost already sold on the design of them and the specs. I took the plunge and bought them and I am so glad I did!Music quality: 10/10- the music sounds amazing and very balanced. Not too much bass and treble- just right for all genres of music.Battery: 10/10- Jabra wasn't messing around when they claimed 17 hours talk time and 15 hours music time. I had the headset turned on all day playing music and taking calls for 10 hours and the battery meter wasn't even at the halfway point.Call quality: I0/10- I was talking on my headset throughout the day and I never had anyone tell me they couldn't hear me. Also the mic on the device is a really large area on the tip of the headset, for better quality.Comfort: 9/10- This is pretty comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I believe they are more comfortable than the LG ones. I often forgot that I was wearing them, and they are also adjustable which is great. They only weigh about 50 grams too.Ease of use: 10/10- Jabra made this device very user friendly. First it has magnetic ear tips and zones on the sides so the cords can be out of the way. The buttons are almost flushed and they have great feedback when pressed. The coolest feature is that you can answer a phone call by pulling the magnetic earpieces apart (if they are already stuck together). This makes taking calls much easier and safer especially while driving.Bottom Line: buy this for those in the market for one. Jabra has greatly exceeded the expectations that I had about around the neck headsets.
