Revolution Counter Top Water Ionizer

Have had product for 6 months but had personal family matters that have prevented me from addressing the issues with this unit. I have had problems with the flow rate from the day I bought it. Sent it in once for repair due to the flow rate and the Acid & Alkaline levels weren't changing much from standard drinking water. It was returned saying "unit works fine in our shop" and I am not suppose to close a valve on the bottom of the machine that limits the amount of waste water (literally, water going down the drain). I initially closed this valve to increase the flow rate of the water because it is painful waiting for a minute plus for a glass of drinking water. Now the valve doesn't do a thing when it is adjusted so I'm assuming it is broken. Just timed the flow rate and it is 3+ minutes for one liter of water when the unit is showing a flow rate of 1-1.2 liters per minute. I can share the video with anyone who wishes to view it. I bought the $750 3.2 gallon storage tank as well to make sure my flow rate was top notch. Not impressed. I'm looking into options for refund/return.
