Works well, very attractive, looks very natural, excellent waterfall sound level. Appears to be very sturdy and well made. Ours is installed outside, but under a patio cover. I have the water volume set at a low level which seems sufficient. The only time water escapes the fountain is when there is fairly strong wind. You could probably set up inside with no water problems. The lights are attractive and are on a separate electrical plug, so if you want them off during the day simply don't plug-in the lights. Other than the pump, the fountain is one piece, so unpacking and setup is easier for two people. I did it alone.

We really like this fountain in our yard. It is bigger than expected; so be sure to measure. It works well, seems well made and is reasonably realistic. It looks durable too. No problems setting up and getting it to run.Once set up we realized the “back door “ was missing. Messaged the company and they sent one out as soon as we provided proof of delivery.No leaks and not too noisy. Motor is silent, just the water falling makes noise, which we like to hear at night!Also not too expensive for what it is.

Glad I bought this fountain in November 2023 when it was $100 less than the current price. I've had our fountain outside just below a huge maple tree next to our front deck. It's a beautiful fountain. The one thing to be noted, is the water flow from the pump, even at a low flow setting, you're going to lose water due to the constant splashing. So be sure to check the water level at least every couple of days. Another thing we do, is during the winter months with the constant frigid temperatures, we syphon all the water out of the fountain and remove the pump to keep any freezing of water in the pump or water lines to avoid cracks that would cause leaks.. Plus we cover the fountain to protect it from the winter elements.

The media could not be loaded. I am pretty happy, overall. I was concerned because of the small number of bad reviews and I did notice a small crack (Remember, it is only resin and fiberglass) the next day, but I can easily fix it as it isn't in a crucial place. The motor was a little glitchy and needed a shake that second day, but I will just use it until it no longer wakes with a shake. (Both of which is why I deducted a star) It feels a little hard to return after set up, anyway. This fountain looks great, sounds amazingly zen and my family loves it!

This is beautiful. It is easy to set up and maintain. Sounds amazing. So peaceful. We set ours up to a timer and it’s just perfect.
