Felt the difference on first use
If not used one b4 highly recommend it. Hav always struggled wiv ab excorsices but this really does isolate the abs n work em out. Certainly feelin it n seein the results. It really is this simple.

Way too hard,hurt my back
Why too hard,like a hard piece of polystyrene inside it,made my back hurt after just a few goes,sending it back.

Slicker than an oil spill
It acts as a back support and is made of a firm material but the thing has absolutely no grip. Regardless of whether it's on a hard floor or a carpet, it slips and you constantly have to stop to adjust it.
