Bought this for my boyfriend. The device is small, easy to use and works great. The only downfall is that one of the lights has already started to go out. Not sure if this is a defect on the device we got or a common problem with this product in general.

I was excited to recieve this bc my other sanitizer box had died. When it arrived I opened it immediately to put my TB in (after years of having a sanitized TB it is really noticably different (yucky) withoutsterilization. But I opened it, closed it, flipped it over, read the directions, plugged it in, plugged it into a different outlet, plugged it in using a different C cord and nada, nothing, zip zilch- no light has ever appeared on this device; which led me to ask "Is there an on off switch on this thing that I'm missing?" If not, It means I just paid for an expensive, useless plastic piece of trash.

The product says once you close the cover, it should work for about 5 minutes, and the indicator light should stay on during this time. Mine lasts about 2 minutes. I am traveling or I would have returned it.

Do not buy this item! It is very cheap plastic that ain't even stay closed! It says that it stays charged for 3 hours but I have to charge it every day! Totally worthless! Please DO NOT BUY!

Item package was dirty and torn as if it had been previously opened/used. Even dirty on the interior of the actually sanitizer. As well as dog hairs on it. Returning immediately.

Seems to work fine no problem easy to use, packs easily easy to charge and charge lasts awhile after many uses
