I depend on this to help calm my nerves and get me ready for bed... and then I work on my Sudoko puzzle - and I naturally drift off. I like the taste and of course, we need to tone down in a couple of hours before bed to help for deep sleep.

These things are really good. My grandson plays semi pro baseball, and he gets nervous on game days. He says one of these calm him down. Several other family members ask for one when they are feeling anxious. They work.

I originally found these at a local store. I’m so glad to find them on Amazon. They are sweet and delicious. They last a long time. I cannot attest to any claims of health benefits, because I really don’t know. But as a woman with a sweet tooth, I love these.They last so long! I’m not eating one after the other, because five minutes later that same one is still in my mouth. What a treat!
