Energy When You Need It.
I like to go on long bike rides. I've been using this GU gel packets for years and they definitely work. With all the different flavors they offer, I think Vanilla is one of the best. I use about one packet every hour when I'm out on a long ride and usually keep about 4 of them on me. If you are looking for something light to pack and keep you going when you're on a long run, ride, or just something light to keep you going, this is it.

You don’t know what you’re missing put down the energy drinks and try a gel
I used to have an energy drink before my local USPSA matches. Then I realize the buzzing feeling and the crash were really counterproductive. I looked into energy gels as an alternative. And wow, what a different level of performance I received. Definitely my go to energy pick me up moving forward. I absolutely love the variety pack where you can tell your energy needs whether you need a little more sodium versus caffeine followed up by some amino acids for recovery.

Good for the Price and Variety
Good to have a variety of flavors to select from. The Strawberry Banana is the best so far. The Lemon Sublime is ok and will take getting used to it. No after taste and not gritty. Haven't tried the other flavors yet. Easy to open. Not runny. So far happy with the purchase.

On Time and as Expected.
Arrived on time and as expected. Can’t go wrong with GU for long distance running. I’ve used them for years. The fruit flavors taste good and are easy to use during a run.

It's the GU you know and love just watch the flavor and number options
I got the assorted caffeine free pack and instead of getting 6x four flavors I got 5x those four flavors and they threw in 4 raspberry lemonade. Not a big deal cause I like that flavor but I don't particularly like getting something that wasn't as described.

Off to the races
Bought these for my husband when he races dirt bikes. It gives him a quick pick me up before and during race. He has no complaints

As usual tasty and effective, and easy to digest. Love them and the old Mint Chocolate flavour too.

Definitely works and taste grows on you
These have supplemented my long runs well. At first, I honestly didn't enjoy the flavor, but they oddly grew on me quickly. No leakage even after constant friction inside compression shorts.
