Awesome Pressure Washer
TLDR; I love this pressure washer. Why didn't I buy this sooner?!I had borrowed a gas-powered one from a friend, but I stopped working while I was trying to use it. There were a lot of potential reasons why (old gas, spark plugs, air filter, etc.), but I didn't want to spend a lot of time figuring out what was wrong. I was impatient so I considered buying a pressure washer from Lowes before deciding to purchase this one. I am glad I had the patience to wait and opted for it!My main motivation for getting an electric pressure washer is the ease of use and maintenance compared to a gas-powered model. When I used my friend's pressure washer, I was not impressed by how heavy, noisy, and smelly it was. There might be situations where being tethered to a power cord is undesirable but in my case, I had no problems with it. In fact, I find my hose length to be more of a limiting factor. So far, I love using this little pressure washer! Since this was my first pressure washer, I was nervous at first. I had problems with maintaining the pressure initially, but that was because the connection to the hose was a little leaky. After I made sure to tighten everything up, it worked like a charm! I have been using the pressure washer for a few weeks now, and I had problems maintaining the pressure, but it turns out I had a hole in my hose! After I replaced the hose, it worked as it should.Things I love about this pressure washer:It's noticeably quieter than the gas-powered version I tried. I wear ear protection for comfort (I'm sensitive to noise in general), but I have also used it without the earmuffs and it was fine. (The pressure washer comes with a sticker that says 98 dB, but I have no way of testing it.)There are no fumes, which is a major plus for me since I also suffer from asthma. It is lightweight. The gas-powered model was very heavy and large. I feel like I get a comparable amount of power but in a much smaller package. I can easily lift and maneuver the washer as needed. It does have a tendency to tip over, but that does not affect the performance at all. Finally, I really love the reel for the hose. At the end of the day, putting things away feels like a pain. That's why it's nice to have things as easy as possible. The hose is quite long and can get tangled so it's good to have a way to keep it tidy.Pressure WashingThe washer is powerful! It can take paint off, especially if the paint is already flaking to begin with, but I find you need to be pretty close to the surface to do that. This is great if you're trying to prep a surface to be painted over since you need to remove the old paint as much as possible. I have only used three out of the four nozzles. The last nozzle might be a lot more powerful, but I haven't tried it personally.I did try this out on my doormat, and I was surprised at how much dirt came out! I've also tried this on fabrics. A word of caution, you can blow a hole through fabrics pretty easily. It's best to keep several inches away and to keep moving. In other words, staying in one spot for too long is a good way to make a hole in fabrics! However, if you can manage to keep your distance and pace, you'll find that it cleans fabrics like a champ. I have some outdoor furniture that looks like new despite being outdoors for years. It even took the lichen off!If you're nervous about trying this on your car, I find that it is about as powerful as the coin-operated washes. Again, the distance will determine the pressure exerted. I have used this washer to wash the car about three times as of this writing. It makes short work of that chore!I have used the pressure washer on the house, and that takes more time to do a thorough job, but that's to be expected. Having a pressure washing solution helped take off stubborn grime. One area this pressure washer shines is cleaning my garden tools. I should be better about maintenance, but cleaning the dirt off has always been a pain. Now my tools are clean and in good condition! I'm very happy about that.Another area is in plastic items. Everything I've washed so far is very close to new looking. I was shocked at how much of a difference it made! The only complaint I have is I wish there was a place on the washer to store the unused nozzles. I'm afraid I will lose them if I'm not careful. But for the price, this is very minor.I'll try to post pictures once I get a chance. (I always forget to take the "before" pictures, so I need to find more things to wash...)

This power washer is a little work house that does as good a job as my 4200 PSI Honda
Bear with my review and you will see this is a review for a WHOLESUN 3000PSI Electric Power Washer.I purchased about about 8-10 years ago a 4200 PSI very large, heavy and powerful Honda Power Washer. I have a 700sq.ft deck and easily 150 large 5 ft tall boulders around the perimeter of my proper. The deck and the boulders get a lot of green algae and black mold yearly. This large heavy and powerful Honda PW worked great until my back, which had been giving me problems for year started flaring up very badly from the strong kick back from my Honda PW was just too much. I needed another alternative.First, I found “Wet and Forget” a solution that I mix with 50% water and spray on those 150 boulders and anywhere around by property (siding) with green algae with a garden sprayer. I spray it on when it will not rain for 24 hours. Then over the next few weeks to a month when it rains the rain rinses the algae off the boulders like magic. They are so clean they look like they just were just dug out the ground.Secondly, I had to find something for the deck, because the “Wet and Forget” worked great on the boulders, but not as good on the deck. That is when I discovered WHOLESUN 3000PSI Electric Power Washer.* Delivered very timely* Easy to put together took less that 15 minutes. For someone who never owned a Power Washer it may take a little longer, because the direction could be clear with better diagrams.* Comes with a long electrical cord with a GFI Breaker on it and a sufficient length water line to the handle. My electric outlet is on my house in the middle of the deck and I had no problem reaching all the rails and under the benches on my deck.* What I really liked was the soap sprayer dispenser that can be attached to the end of the power washer. It has a twist and snap on feature. Therefore, going back and forth from the soap sprayer to the power washer is very easy.* Another great feature is the on and off switch. Once you connect up the hose all you have to do is turn the dial to on and the sprayer is ready to spray soap or power wash. When dial is turned to off the whole unit completely shuts down.* The kick from the sprayer is much less that my Honda PW. I had fusion back surgery about two years ago and this unit did not aggravate any of my back issues.* Did the same quality job as my Honda PW and took just about the same time. Plus, it was a lot lighter easier the move around. I am 75 years old and I can easily pick it up with one hand.* The WHOLESUN 3000PSI Electric Power Washer is also only 26 inches tall completely assembled.* As with all power washer make sure that the sprayer tip (I used the green one for the deck) is properly snapped on or it could blow off and injure someone.* If my wife wanted to she could operate a WHOLESUN 3000PSI Electric Power Washer.

Customer support-Up Date
I have had the unit for about a year and a half. It is and easy to carry around. It has decent pressure for a compact pressure washer.BUTToday it appears the high pressure seal at the reel blew. High pressure spray everywhere.I go look up my Amazon order. Description says 2 year warranty. Good, it is less than 2 years old.The Amazon seller's description says " We provide 24-hour sales service and professional maintenance service so that you can shop without worries." Is there any contact info for the 24 hour service? NO! Search the site for the seller; and is there contact info for him? NO! Look for Wholesun customer service. NOTHING!So what is a warranty if there is no way to contact the seller or the manufacturer? Seems to be some misleading advertising there.Amazon should, needs, must require their sellers to provide the customer service that they allow them to post on their Amazon product listing. If the seller, manufacturer or Amazon reads this post and wants to respond I would appreciate the help.Up Date 8/2/23After much difficulty I was finally able to contact customer service. They, at first argued that it only had a 1 year warranty. I reminded them to look at their Amazon posting. They then asked for pictures of the defective parts, which I sent. I then got an email that they were sending the replacement parts. (I thought "I'll believe it when I see it") Well, yesterday the PARTS ARRIVED as promised. Installed them today it it works again.BTW, the car brush bristles are falling out with no use. (Had no use for it any war.) Trashed it.4 stars is all I can give until they improve their access to customer service but THANKS for honoring the warranty and sending the parts in a very timely manner.
