What value! Good lord, everything you get in this is great. The main gripper has a great adjustability settings and the weights are great. Everything works great.

Preparing for a spartan race and needed something to work on my grip. The best thing here is the pistol grip thing with the spring; you can tune it to your desired level of strength. The other things are kind of fun and a lot of variety, but you can’t increase the level of them, so they aren’t quite as useful. But overall, I’m happy with the set and think it will help me.

We bought this to add to our workout room. Works great! Doesn’t make any noise. You can adjust the weight to meet your specific needs. It adds great value to our forearm/grip training. Easy design to be able to hold comfortably during your work out. Would purchase again!!

This kit is killer, I work a desk job and bring it to work with me every day. Definitely kills the forearms and worth the purchase.

The hand grip is very nice. I especially like the way it can be adjusted for different tension levels. The other items are ok, except for the finger stretcher. It broke on the very first use. I put my fingers in and opened my hand. Two rings automatically broke.

Had this for one year. I used to every day, 150 reps 3 sets. I got it to 120lbs setting and was able to hit 100 straight for the last month. lol I broke the spring! Wasn’t even mad! 🧐 forearms are jacked! Price is cheap and great way to build up to my next set. Going to work on 150-200lbs gripper now.

This is meeting my objective. Within a few weeks I will determine of it deserves 5 stars. Everything advertised came in the box . Delivery was fast as well
