Quality, excellent noise cancellation
I needed a headset with excellent noise cancelation so that folks I'm meeting with don't hear my husband on the phone in the background, and this headset is awesome! My voice comes through loud and clear, but my husband in the background doesn't. The earphones are also great so that I don't hear him either! (Maybe I should wear these even when I'm not working? Ha ha) Although this headset comes with a USB drive to plug into your computer, you don't need to use it for basic features. I connected the headset to my laptop via Bluetooth, and it works perfectly when I use Zoom or our Cisco Jabber phone system, I don't use the USB. Battery life is awesome and will get you through at least 10 hours I think before needing a charge. Sound is clear, and the Bluetooth connection has been perfect for me, no problems. I'm glad I spent a little extra money on this, totally worth it and got all of the features which are important to me.

Breaks you free from your PC
Now that I work from home, being tied to a wired headset was a major pain! After investigating wireless headsets, I needed a stereo headset that would work with my laptop for Teams calls, be light but provide solid sound quality and a long life battery. Plantronics is a solid name and the 4200 headset seemed to meet all my needs. And they do! When they arrived, they worked before I got them in my head! The Bluetooth plug went in and the headphones started connecting to my PC, my phone AND my Alexa set up! The battery lasts a solid workday (about 10 hours) and I can have a solid connection to my PC to about 40 ft. Inside, sound is no problem. Outside, the mic does pick up more wind and other sounds. You can mute and manage calls from the headset, which is convenient if you are walking around. Overall, these were a great buy for the price.

Wonky Mute, but otherwise great
This headset has replaced some shoddy ones pretty easily. Sounds great, the microphone is great, and battery life is AMAZING as it seems to only use up battery when you're actively talking/in a call. 4 hours of "talk time" can get you through an 8-hour shift, depending on how many calls you get. Assuming you are using it for work, of course. The only issue we've noticed is the mute button is shoddy and either doesn't mute or doesn't unmute -- outside of that, it works fantastically.

Great headset, actually blocks out surrounding noise on mic!
I had previously purchased a much more expensive headset to work from home, I have a toddler at home so I need something that blocks out the surrounding noise. Those did not work. I saw someone post about these in a different review so I took a chance and I am so glad I did, they work so well! I am able to work, be in meetings and no one can tell I have a toddler playing, singing or watching tv around me! They are great!!

Awful sounding and Bluetooth connection constantly disconnects
Most frustrating experience ever. I have used Plantronics equipment for many years, all types of in ear sets, headsets and I thought this one would be amazing. Well, they are exceptionally comfortable, the mic is easy to position, but that's about it ... the rest is downhill. Maybe I got a defective set, idk. First off the Bluetooth dongle is the same BT600 as I have with another in ear headset. So, I pulled that one out and shut that in ear one down so there was no potential interference. I could not get this headset to stay connected for more than a couple minutes and my voice - according to my callers was so choppy they could not understand me. Don't even tell me about my internet speed, I average 760Mbs down and 40 Mbs up speed. I was so disappointed. I have a co worker that uses this same set, she said the same thing happened to her - callers could not understand her. hmmmm maybe it's not me. Don't waste your money. Plantronics, if you want to keep me as a customer, I need a headset that will work with a softphone on my PC. UC What do you have?? I don't care if it has a wire, I need one that works, one that sounds crystal clear for me and my callers. My cheap Logi headset is hands-down - the best sounding and most uncomfortable set I own, but now is my constant go to .... shizzz

Sounds excellent, GREAT passive noise cancellation.
Only worked one full shift with them but all my patients said I sounded great. I had a big fan on my back also and they couldn't hear a thing. Comfortable for entire shift. Dual connectivity is nice. I like how the voice tells you how much battery there is when you first turn them on. I could do without the "mute on" "mute off" voice as it takes precious time. I bought these specifically because I could get them for 130$ without stand. I was worried about giving up ANC but I sat in the living room and worked while my GF sat right next to me talking on the phone and watching TV and I could not hear a thing except what I was doing. I am highly satisfied.Update 12/23/22: This same set is still my go-to daily-driver. I bought a fancy pair of jabras at more than double the price of these and they performed so poorly I stuck them in the drawer and haven't touched them since. These are amazing

Noise canceling...
The media could not be loaded. I am updating my review after 7 months of using these headphones. They were great the first few months, then they began to have issues with the MIKE lever, then the audio went out on the right ear.I never dropped these head phones. They still look new but no longer work.I'll give it a 1 STAR

Good headsets
Good battery life for about 11 hours or so, great sound quality if you are looking for wireless headsets to listen to music, it allows you to have more than 1 device connected at the same time, however the noise canceling is crap all noise will pass through and will be listen on the other end, better go with the blueparrots if you are looking for great noise canceling headsets
