Tigi Bed Head After Party Smoothing Cream, 3.4 Ounce

I'd been searching for a product to help my hair throughout the year when I came upon the Bed Head After Party Smoothing Cream. In the summer, my hair gets frizzy from the humidity, making me look like I stick my fingers in an electrical socket, and in the winter, it gets very dry and full of static during the cold, Wisconsin weather. No matter how many conditioners I tried, nothing worked. I started using TIGI Bed Head Urban Anti-dote Recovery Shampoo & Conditioner Duo Damage Level 2 (25.36oz) which helped immensely but I still needed something else and came upon this product. I figured it couldn't hurt to try it so I ordered one bottle.As soon as I started using this product, I couldn't believe how amazingly well it works! I've used it every day since I got it and it has helped my hair so much. I have long, wavy, medium-thick blonde hair and this smoothing cream has worked wonders on it. The bottle is 3.4 fluid ounces and the product is made in the USA. The instructions say to "Smooth on dry hair and party on!" I shower at night so by morning, my hair is dry and I use one pump's worth of the product in my hair each day. After I pump it, I rub it over my hands like lotion and comb it through my hair. I mostly concentrate on the hair that isn't next to my scalp but I add a little bit there as well. At first, I had to figure out how much to use in my hair since too much of it will make my hair look greasy. A little bit goes a long way though so this bottle should last me several months. It also smells amazing, like a light, sweet perfume and I can't help but smell my hands after I've used the product!I'm so happy I found this product because I will continue to use this year-round! I've seen this exact bottle in a number of stores and this is the best price I've seen by at least a couple of dollars (at the current price of around $12) so I will continue to purchase this online. If you are struggling to find a product to help tame some frizzies or smooth your hair, I'd highly recommend this one. My hair now looks smooth and glossy and smells amazing!

Great product for even a better price! I have grey brittle hair and this product helps keep it soft and manageable. For all the people that say the product doesn't come out youvmay have to just push the air out. That is what I did and now it works perfectly. Just push the bottom until you here the air. I hope this helps!Definitely going to buy this again! You can't beat the price!

One of my fave hair products, really smooths my hair and gives it a shiny finish

This is definitely a good price as it’s usually much pricier at the drug store. I took one star away because I feel like they have changed their formula over the years. It was originally intended to use in hair “after parties” to get the scent of smoke etc out of hair. Has great scent, and I use it as a finisher on from my mid length to ends to separate and shine. I will also scrunch my ends after using it which makes my not really curly hair curly. This is one of the several products my hair CAN NOT go without. I have used it for two decades now. I have very long thick hair for reference and it definitely smooths defrizzes and makes my hair less poofy. Great to make hair have that second day look. All around one of my favorite products

Full disclosure: I have bad hair. Not all the time, but it’s an unhappy 80/20 split. The 20 is super great. But the 80? Let’s just thank whoever invented my Pikachu beanie cuz it’s my default hair product. At least until I discovered After Party by TIGI (I’m not 100% on the spelling). Those days when I wake up with a head full of angry cotton candy I no longer automatically reach for Pikachu. I can take a couple of pumps from the After Party bottle, rub it between my palms and then comb my fingers through my hair. I usually start with the ends since that’s where the craziness moshes the hardest. Then smooth my hands over the rest of the unruly mob. It really does feel like magic how all the frizzy anarchist’s suddenly begin to wave together like the crowd at a Grateful Dead concert. Well the brilliant shine is more Keisha than Jerr Bear but surprisingly the two together are great in hair if not on tour. This is the answer for anyone who wasn’t born with a perfect fuss free mane (and we know who we are). It’s reasonably priced, not the cheapest but much less than many others out there. And I have tried several of the high end brands similar styling products and have found myself coming back to this one. One caution- if your hair is fine, or tends to get oily you may want to start out using just a small amount and stay away from the roots. I have thick dry hair and it can handle a bit of oil but I think thin or baby fine would be overpowered. For the price you can’t really go wrong.
