These Miniature Star Fish are exactly what I was looking for to add in my Clear Resin projects , they are very tiny and a lot of them come in a clear container, expect chipped off tips on a lot of them but for my use I only needed a few .

The shells arrived on time and none were broken. They were not shipped in a glass container like the listing stated. They were shipped in a plastic tub which I could not get open on its own so I had to smash it open. It came without instructions .

I purchased these to use as enhancement decor on my beach glass Christmas tree I found these to be very fragile. They broke easily when handled. You had to be very careful when applying to my beach glass.

These are REAL starfish. I didn't realize this and my daughter was mad at me as one of our favorite stories is the Starfish Thrower. Google it, great story. We were going to use them as wedding favors but instead threw them in the ocean after our wedding instead as part of our ceremony. We also read the story as one of our readings.Also I don't think a single one was broken in the container but I do agree they could be more protected when mailing them as it was just an envelope and luckily we have a great mail person. If you have one that just tosses your mail, I definitely see how some could get broken.

so, these are in a hard plastic container and so they are protected. I think I only had 3 that were broken and I just put the broken end on the "edge" of my craft piece so it worked out! Various sizes of TINY starfish, so plenty to work with!They do stink though! When I open my jar of sea shells, it is fine...but when I open my starfish it's like...whoa.great product, no complaints, but hold your breath or open away from your face lol!!! They were living creatures once after all!
