I’ve been taking this for almost two years now, maybe a bit more. My doctor said it was fine to take during and after my pregnancy which was great. I usually take it in the morning, mix it in with my coffee and I have mixed it in my orange juice as well. It doesn’t change the taste of either one and I am currently going through postpartum and even with the expected hair loss I still have a ton of hair and I bunch growing back. I also notice my nails grow super fast. I feel that overall this product is effective and a good price. Definitely recommend

I like this product. I cannot remember which internet influencer recommended this - - it may have been a doctor or nutritionist, but this is how I discovered it. They said it was one of the best choices. I am on my second container now. I don't use it everyday - - just some in my coffee mostly, but I do like the results. My daughter says my skin looks great. I also like that it is a very fine powder and dissolves quickly.

I was told that this is a good product and fairly pure. I’ve been using for a year. I add it to my coffee every morning and it is tasteless and dissolves fully. Can’t say if it works or not. I do t really notice a difference.

This my first time taking collagen and im soo glad i chose this brand , it has 18g of protein which also helps me with my daily protein goal , it tastes like nothing so its soo easy to take it , i have a great skincare routine but my skin had some glow the moment I started taking this , I really recommend this brand if u want to make collagen a part of your daily life

Most notable difference in the two months I’ve been faithfully taking the two scoops a day in my morning coffee, is that my ridgy nails have gone away! I had really bad ridges too, like deep stripes that looked stupid when I tried to paint them. I usually had to buff the nail way down which is really bad for the nail strength. I blame the fake nails and glue I used for years! Took six months to get even a decent nail after I removed the press ons once and for all. But now they are smooth and grow faster and harder too! It is not tasteless but it’s not a big deal. I use vanilla creamer also and then use a hand mixer to froth it all together. It’s just fine! Looking forward to long term results like facial stuff or hair growth but I haven’t noticed that yet. My nails were a wreck and now they’re not so I’m happy simply with that!

I have tried many collagen peptides and this is the one i really love. I like to put it in hot water where it mixes very well and then add a little grape juice. My daughter uses it also and she sprinkles it over her food and says it doesn't affect the taste of her food.

This is a great product. This has helped me with hair/nail growth and joint pain. Easy to mix with your favorite drink. Not chalky or bulky. Works well, no side effects. No jittiness, no stomach problems I would highly reccomend.
