Just stop it!
I bought a used bike last year, and the first bike I've had with disc brakes. Upon inspecting the bike, I realized that the front pads were nearly at the end of their life. Name brand pads are outlandishly expensive for what you get, and I hate encouraging robbery. I found these which offered four sets for a little less than one set of the name brand pads, and a fraction of the price of designer performance brake pads. I was impressed enough with these brakes on the front wheel that I replaced the nearly new ones in the back. After properly bedding the brakes in, which is an extremely important part of the job, these pads performed to my satisfaction. I will guarantee you that these will not stop as fast as name brand, but the difference would be so little it would be pointless to argue. There is very minimal noise generated by them, partially a result of proper bedding, but I find it hard to believe that any disc brake is absolutely silent. On my scale, they're quiet enough to not stress about. I would stress more over wasting hard earned money these days. My riding does not include extreme mountain biking anymore, so I can't speak to that, however, they stop on fast steep descents with no problems and without any fading and without any fuss. To my way of thinking, where is the fun in slowing down on a downhill anyway? I would highly recommend these to somebody who doesn't have to have the latest and greatest that just wants a bike that will stop when you pull the levers. Highly recommend.

Not Bad, But ..
Didn't notice a difference between these resin ones and my Shimano ones I replaced with these. These aren't "fully resin / organic", they still have metal shards in them, to be clear. Still "screech" sounding on my eBike ..

Works better than the orginal pads that came with the e-bike.
Most bikes, including e-bikes seem to come with the lowest quality standard parts. These brake pads stop in a shorter distance and have a much more even grip than the original brake pads that came with the bike. They'll probably last longer than the old brake pads too. Also, since it came with 2 sets, I now have a spare to change out the old one.

Quiet and work in the rain.
Organic brake pads are the quietest brake pads. They also work great even in the rain and have a good feel when braking hard or braking easy. Compared to metallic pads which which can squeak and squeal very loudly much of the time. The trade-off is in longevity. Organic pads need to be replaced much more often. Pads are generally easy to replace but replacement also costs money. Quiet and more often replaced versus loud and less replacement. Metallic pads can eat your disc rotor up too. So that's also more time and expense. There are some in-betweener pads you can look into. I'm gonna stick with organic quiet pads that are easily replaced and don't eat the rotors up. Seems like the most time-efficient and definitely most quiet way to go. I keep an extra set for the front wheel and one Allen wrench in case I need it on the road. I take off the bracket holding the caliper, not the wheel so it only takes a minute or two. Adjusting the caliper bracket after pad replacement is easy. Just grab the brake lever and tighten the caliper bracket screws and it's properly adjusted. It takes a minute or two at best. Don't watch videos that show taking off the tire. That's a waste of time and energy especially if you have a heavy eBike with lots of stuff on the handlebars or a windscreen like me. Just do it at the caliper bracket.

Good Resin Brake Pad for the Money
These Resin Pads are comparable to the Shimano BO1S Resin pads & the Tektro E10.11 Resin pads. The "Brand Name" pads run from $9 to $15 bucks a set, depending on time of yr and where you get them. That makes these a Pretty Good bargain overall. I've run both Shimano and the Tektro Resin Pads and like the Shimano best. The Shimano's tended to wear more evenly and last a tad longer than the Tektro's.That said, these Magitati Resin Pads hold up well, wear evenly and hold up about as well as the Tektro brand.. I prefer Resin pads over the Metallic or Ceramic composite brake pads because they have a more "progressive" feel ( more control) and my Disk Rotors last longer. The harder Metallic & Ceramic pads "bite" a bit harder and wear the Rotors faster than the Resin compounds do.I noticed that these Magitati Pads have the Resin wear material bonded in 4 places on each individual backing plate while Shimano uses 2 bond points and the Tektro's 3. I prefer the 4 point bonding method these pads use.Lastly, I've found that the Tektro E10.11 & Shimano BO1S pads are often pirated and sold under the name brand they have faked or copied. I'd rather opt for a Chinese Brand that owns their product over paying too much for a cheap fake.

Long-term review of pads
I have a juiced Cross-Current X and I ride a lot (and fast) in a hilly terrain. My original tektro pads lasted about 6 months and 1800 km = 1100 miles. Now i replaced the front with the Corki generic ones where a pair comes in at $12 and the back with these. I will update the review once they are worn out.The Corki ones are definitely a little worse in terms of stopping power, for fast stop, I press really hard but it doesn't seem to increase the break-force any more. These are in the rear right now, where the easily full stop the tire.I want these to be my go to brand, but I value my time so if they don't last very long i will look for something else. Please upvote review if you want to get some data on longevity, i will be back in a few months.
