Q: Does the kickstand have adjustable angles?

The kickstand rotates and clicks at 90 degrees. The kickstand is off centre and not the most stable. It stands up better without the strap attched.

Q: Hello does this case charge the pencil when in its storage slot?

No the pen must be connected to the iPad charging port. This is also used for pairing.
