I purchased this for my grandson's 1st birthday. He still loves to play with it. It is colorful and safe without sharp edges. The levers are easy to push or pull. He is able to close the lids without help once he was taught how to use it. The music certainly makes it more interesting and interactive. The batteries are in a compartment that must be opened with a screwdriver which makes it safer for children. It is sturdy and well made. I would buy again and recommend.

Cute toy. My Nephew (8 months) liked it. You have to have a screw driver to open the batter part in order to have the music play. He played with it without sound which was nice. The buttons and triggers were a little difficult for him to push/pull. But overall he liked it.

Love old school toys helps with hand eye coordination

These pop up toys used to be much more common. I work in a baby room one day a week and the kids love the two pop toys in the room. We can do memory games, practice colors, counting. Animal sounds etc. it’s a very versatile toy. My daughter is expecting and I wanted one for her baby. This one is nice. It will help with fine motor skills. The only one that will initially be difficult is the twist knob. I don’t intend to add a battery so sound is not a problem. My only complaint is that I wish I could have found a pop up toy with a dog, cat, cow, pig, duck etc. more common animals. The jungle animals are cute, though.

This is a cute toy without all the lights and music. Sometimes peek a boo is just all you need to have fun!

This pop-up toy plays music when the child activates the buttons. It’s cute and there are several songs it cycles through. Our kid loves smacking the buttons. You can use it with the sound off as well.

It’s okay to big for my taste but works fine

I got this as a Christmas present for my son and he loves it! He loves the music and sounds from it too
