Frankly, for most uses I suggest buying a pillow and cover for a 20" rather than an 18". This lacks the support of the slightly bigger, thicker pillow. Visually, it is fin and the material is the right stuff. It is just the 18" size that is not as great in my opinion.

This pillow fluffs up well. I made a memorial cover to go over it. Seams are good. Quality seems well.

After a delay the item arrived. Perfect! Ordered a 22 inch for a 20 inch pillow and the fit was perfect. Highly recommend.

It's a good pillow insert but I think it's a little undersized.

It started out like any other rainy day….ahem…I mean Amazon Purchase. I was just looking for one thing. A simple, single, fluffy 18x18 insert for my pillow cover.You know I’d overspent on the overpriced cover, so I turned to the only place I could for the best prices and reasonable quality…Amazon, and their endless supply of suppliers.EDOW was in this fight for real. At $9.99 and a description like “medium hold” and “sprint back ability” but also “microfiber polyester filler” and “lightweight”.So the day came, Amazon Day, and my delivery arrived. But my joy deflated like the pillow you see in picture. It was folded in 1/2 in the packaging and at first I thought I ordered the wrong size or they sent me the wrong item.Then I thought maybe it’s like those rolled up mattresses you have to let “expand”.So I waited, but my pillow did not expand, or “spring back.”I didn’t need much, but medium support would’ve been nice. A filled pillow that was still lightweight would’ve been nice.So the only thing I can figure is, on its way over here, some of the stuffing went missing. Maybe it was stuffnapped, such a believable possibility. I mean if it’s truly microfiber and springs map, someone could’ve seen it and taken it to nap on. Thinking I won’t miss just a little bit.🕵️ So if you can help me find it I’d appreciate it.Otherwise, until they catch the stuffnapped, I recommend not getting this particular pillow.

I've order this brand insert before and was pleased, but the ones delivered today aren't a good fit for my 18x18 pillow covers. I'm going to wash the covers with the hope they'll shrink a little.Update: I put the inserts in my dryer, set on hot, and that did wonders for them. Fluffed up a lot. I did have to do a little extra padding, though, in the corners. I don't know what brand they were, but I had some inserts for smaller covers and they had a zipper so you could remove or add some of the filler. I robbed them to do what little I needed to add. I added only to the corners. As you can see in my photos, the "belly" of the insert is fluffed up like it should be.

These pillow inserts were perfect. They hold their shape, they are soft, they’re comfortable, and they look amazing.

I got this to use it for my decorating pillows and it works very nice for that
