He absolutely loved these! We threw him in the water and ...
My 2 yr old son had tubes placed in his ears in March. The doctors told us that he could go in the pool after 2 weeks, with no restrictions. He has been in swim lessons since he was able to get back in the water. We threw these off to the side after we were told he didn't need them. About a 2 weeks ago, he was swimming in a pool for his birthday. He ended up getting another ear infection. The following week, we finally put these to use! I wasn't sure if my son would wear them. He has a sensitivity to his ears and will cry if you just ask to look at one. He absolutely loved these! We threw him in the water and he swam for hours without any issues. The Ear Band-It kept his ears dry and didn't come off while he was playing. I highly recommend these

Water seeps through
Easy to put on and baby seems comfortable. It might slow the water down, but water definitely seeps through. I think you would need ear plugs in addition to the band to keep water completely out of the ears.

we definitely recommend it for little ones with tubes
I did not get the putty. I'm not sure if I was supposed to or not so I can't review those. We got size small for our 1 year old. It was a little snug, but worked perfectly. He didn't mind wearing it at all. We were asked by several parents about it, we definitely recommend it for little ones with tubes.

Missing the ear band it!
I received the package on Monday instead of Saturday like it originally said which was ok even though my little boy didn't get to wear them for one day of swim lessons. When I opened the package there was the putty plugs and an opened zip lock with no ear band it. 😔 Now we will not have it for our swim lessons. I'm hoping they can make it right. It may have been an honest mistake, but I ordered them to use them for this week.

Small Too small for my almost 2 yr old.
This was too small for my almost 2 yr old. I really needed one of these for him so he wouldn't have to sit out water play at school and when it came in it didn't fit. His head circumference is in the 94th %ile for his age, not sure if that will help someone else from wasting their time. I figured even with him having a larger head since it said age 1-3 we'd be ok. I was wrong. He would need at least a medium. I haven't returned it. I find returns so time consuming...and I have 2 toddlers and work outside the home. So I just don't have time to go to a post office.

Excellent, worth the money!
As a mom of two boys with tubes and a little sister, I love this product! My first child, I didn't purchase one for because I never researched them! Shortly after my little sister's second unsuccessfull surgery to fix the hole in her ear left by the tube, my mom ordered one of these for her! She doesn't complain now even when she showers or swims! My one year old had tubes put in at 9 months and was still having ear infections! My mom suggested I try an Ear-bandit and since using it regularly for both showers and swimming, he hasn't had one since! Also, I was surprised my son leaves it on. It doesn't seem to bother him at all!My only complaint is I expected the colors to be a little different! I ordered the teal thinking it would be lighter than the royal and it is, but it is still pretty dark. I was expecting a little more "ocean blue" of a color, something that would match easier with his swim suits. All in all a great product and would order another if I ever had another child with tubes or ear problems!

Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't.
The media could not be loaded. I don't know if I would recommend these as their function is to assist earplugs in keeping water out of ears by 1. Soaking up some water 2. Keeping earplugs in place. They do soak up a little water BUT it doesn't stay in place and every class when my child goes underwater the band shifts.

Perfect for kids with tubes.
Exactly what we needed for our son. He just got tubes in his ears and this keeps the water out great. He loves the pool, so this was a must. There's not much to say about it, except it works. If I needed another I would probably try making it myself as all it is is some neoprene and velcro sewn on. You could easily make it yourself, but if you're not a DIYer, definitely buy it.
