Very sturdy
This ladder is brilliant and even at it's limit of 5m ,it feels very sturdy. Ideal to store indoors . Could maybe be a little tricky extending and retracting if you're not used to it. Price was very reasonble, would definitely recommend.

Telescopic ladder
Bought this as I’m unable to effectively store a full size ladder. First impressions are this is a good ladder for light work. It’s easy to errect and close but be careful when closing as the rungs get heavier on closure! Also there’s a lot of flexing as you ascend which is a little unnerving when extended fully! Its great advantage is storage as it fits comfortably in a small shed or outdoor storage box. 4 stars

Carfull if using fully extended
The ladder is convenient due to the telescopic design, but that means that is way less sturdy than the more traditional designs, fully extended it is frankly scary how much it moves and combes under my weight, so better not to use it fully extended. Still, works for my intended purpose.

Handy set of ladders to have but the spacings of the steps are just to far apart which makes it more difficult to use

Compact and sturdy
Bought these as we live in a bungalow and wanted to clean out the gutters. Have a pair of aluminium stepladders which we have used in the past which, are stored hung up on the garage wall very awkward to get down on your own. Decided to try these as they are compact and a lot easier to carry than large steps.Had a bit of a play round with them to get the hang of them first and because the instructions weren't very clear had a look at some YouTube videos.Having finished clearing the gutters yesterday I can say they are the best buy I've made for a long while.They feel sturdier than our aluminium ladder and I felt perfectly safe going up and down on them.The distance between the rungs is a bit deeper than our steps but if I can manage ,as a woman in her 70s, I'm sure anyone can.As other people have commented, be careful when collapsing the ladder, hold the rung above when releasing the locks and let it down gently ,and wear gardening gloves just in case.
