These PURE Zzzs Kidz gummies have really helped my child wind down at night. The berry flavor is a hit, and I like that it’s a low 1 mg dose with calming ingredients like chamomile and lavender. It feels gentle and works without making them groggy the next day.

Our 5 year old has always been difficult to put to bed - he can easily be wide awake until 10 or 10:30PM. We started giving him two gummies (he loved the taste) an hour before bed and by bedtime is he is asleep within 10 minutes. This saves our sanity!
