I'm in live pro audio, mostly corporate events. I use this as an "oh s-" option should a client or talent spring something on me at the last minute. So far, this baby hasn't failed to perform. When I first got it, I even ran it through my cable tester to check the polarity and it's as you should expect - the 3 sleeves are connected together and the tip of the Left 1/4" is connected to the tip of the 1/8" and the tip of the Right 1/4" is connected to the ring of the 1/8". And it's fairly durable too - it's held up in my gig back after months of being toted from gig to gig. Very happy with purchase.
