The taste was not great.

I take this product in the morning before breakfast then later follow with a protein shake or small breakfast. After about a week you will notice your back and other problems areas don't hurt as much. I work hard in extreme heat and cold weather HVAC this is perfect for on the go. I can visibly see the difference in my face after continued use. Perfect for hard working people who need hydration or pre and post workout.

I used this for exactly what it is recommended for, I honestly haven't seen the result of it yet, and I've used it three times already, it would be unfair for me to comment on it at this time as it may be premature.

I see the results taking it as a pre-workout out but it taste horrible in just water. So I decided to mix it in apple juice. The taste is better not the best but better. I might try it in a different juice like pineapple. How ever the results are awesome I do recover a lot faster. I take it at lunch before hitting the gym. At the end of the day I still take a regular protein shake. But I did try this alone at first for a month to see the difference. This actually helps add to what my body is missing. I feel fantastic and all the girls are looking at me with my 6 pack of abs and arms. It's good to get a product that does what it says. I will buy another when this runs out. Update this made me lose weight not actually gain muscle so if you're looking to shred this will do it.

West product I've ever purchased. Been a lifter for 52 years. Never will waste my money on this again. Zero effect

I started doing Crossfit a year and a half ago. I found very quickly that I needed something to get me amped up to truly perform well each day.I have used some pre-made canned drinks for pre-workout but it's hard to find one that is not loaded with sugar and caffeine.This is stimulant and sugar free, so yes it could taste better but I'm perfectly ok with it because it performs as well or better than other pre-workouts I have tried. Drink this 15 minutes before class and it gives me the extra energy right when I need it. It lasts through the rest of the hour and then some.
