Hard, Crumbling, no safety seal, clearly stale.
I received the cotton candy yesterday and it is a dehydrated, crumbling mess as you can see in the photo. There is no cotton to this candy. I cannot get my money back because it is a food item. Frustrating.

No longer cotton candy
What I received was probably cotton candy a long time ago. I received a small pile of fossilized rocks. The worst part is I can't return, replace, or get a refund AND I have another one on the way that I feel will also be rocks. This was extremely disappointing as it was part of a gift. Now not only have I lost a gift, I am out the money spent. NOT RECOMMENDED

This is my favorite cotton candy and I can never find it in stores. I got it today and was so excited. I opened it up and it was clumpy and hard. It was not fluffy like cotton candy. It is definitely old or defective.
