Personally I really like the headset it hooked up to my phone easily. Also I've been able to hook it up to my computer and watch movies and listen to the movies over the headset. The mute button hasn't been tried yet. I think that's the only feature that I haven't used to date. 1 thing that I have noticed sometimes when I'm leaving a voicemail for my friends it doesn't go through clear other times they say that it comes in really loud and then sometimes it doesn't. I don't know if this is the headset or if it's their phone their headsets. Update sent headset back got another one sent it back to. Had echo for people talking to me was a shame really liked this headset

I like headsets with microphones that only covers one ear. For the longest I kept buying wired headsets but those wires always end up being the inconvenient part. Then I moved to Bluetooth like Mpow Pro but the battery only lasts a few months (I have probably had 4 of these) before they only last minutes. I have had AUXBLUE V4.2 Bluetooth Headset for 3 weeks and they seem to have much better batteries that last a lot longer. I also like the speaker swivel and soft cushion for the ear. I can wear these for hours. Microphone quality seems great (no one at the other end complains). AND you can also use them to listen to music and pod castings on the iPhone. Which not all headphones of this kind can. They seem solid built ... in this regards you might feel them a little bulky but I think they will last longer exactly because of that. I don't feel the noise cancelling is particular strong when comparing to dedicated headsets for listening purposes. One thing the irritates me though is that when you turn on/off the headsets the indicating lights are so weak in holes inside the headset, that you have to look at the phone to see if they are turned off. I found out that if you turn on look for the blue light close to the plus button and when you turn off look for the red light close to the minus button. It's a detail but one the manufacturer should improve on in future models.

I mostly use this for listening to podcasts while working - the single earphone means I can still listen to what is going on around me. Audio quality is good, and it works for both media and taking calls.The only downside is that the microphone is really noisy when you slide it down; you have to remember to slide it before answering a call, not after, or the caller is going to get an earful. But that does not affect the function of the headset, so I'd still say this is a 5 star product.

I chose this one even though it was double the price of similar competitors because I thought that the pivoting ear muff would be more comfortable (that was the chief complaint of the competing model). I was wrong. I could not get the thing to rest on my ear in any natural way. Such devices truly need to articulate on two axis. I got so aggravated that I snapped the headband off at the pivot. I never even got to the point of powering it on. It doesn't happen often, but I knew within seconds of opening the package that I had made a mistaken purchase. There is a common phrase: "Pay the price or buy it twice." Don't waste your money on this cheap junk, as I did. Wait a payday or two and get a better model.

This is a Bluetooth Cell Phone Wireless Headset that very easy to use. The big earpiece makes it comfortable and the voice quality was great. It has over 30 hours of battery life and recharges easily. The only problem is that it is too good and it makes me wish for something that has the same performance but was invisible and weightless.

The bad: Above the speaker, there's a plastic piece. After about an hour of wearing the headset, it feels like this plastic piece is too tight on my head.Unit won't turn on when plugged in, and automatically turns off if power is connected.Clicky position setting for microphone swivel feels weak, but hasn't failed yet.The good: I've spoken for 4 hours at one time, and the battery didn't die. I've gone a full week of occasional usage between charges, and it hasn't run out of power yet.Great volume and sound quality. I've been on several conversations with tech support from different companies, and they all say my voice is clear. The noise cancelling works!

I purchased this last year and it still works perfect. I service garage doors and make several stops each day turning it on and off several times. Sound quality is great and can even use it to talk while working and making noise. Battery life is incredible. If it ever breaks I will buy another, GREAT product!

I have had for a week now and I drive a dump truck which is loud. It has answering and hanging up for calls as well as volume change directly on headset. I use to have issues with others not being able to hear me well when working but with this headset I have no issues. The only complaint I have with this item is that after a short time the ear pad starts to hurt your ear.
