This is a plug and play product - dead easy to use to be fair. However, when receiving the product i did not manage to connect it with IOS, and only worked with Android (Car Scanner app is the best for this). I got in contact with the seller & he/she talked me through the steps (relatively easy but a different app - Auto Doctor works for IOS). Everything works just fine now on both my Android & IOS phones.The product reads codes for everything with OBD2 support & is very easy to use & definitely much cheaper than the others. Should you wish more, you will need to unlock by paying a price on the apps (but that is not necessary if you are only after reading & deleting fault codes).Will recommend this product !

Having borrowed a friend's plug in scanner several times I thought I'd give this a go. I plugged it in to the OBD port and initially had trouble pairing it with my iPhone 7, until I read the instructions! You have to turn on Bluetooth but then pair the adapter within the app. It seems to work fine with Auto Doctor and Car Scanner but I can't make it work with EODB-Facile. I have only tried the free versions of these apps but they give a host of information from the ECU, including live data read outs. I haven't had to reset any codes yet but can't see why this wouldn't work.

Bought this to read a DTC, had problems connecting to iPhone initially, but was sent some instructions from Globmall, which resolved issue so now happy with product.Make sure you only connect the Bluetooth through the app, not through the iPhone.

Works great - a little slow to update real-time stats like RPM maybe (like a 1 second delay), but to be honest I've got nothing else to compare it to, so very happy;

Worked flawlessly to clear the intermittent (once a year) emissions / catalyst fault code I have been getting with 04 plate Toyota Avensis.My local garage recently introduced a £25 charge to check / clear fault codes, so this is half the price of that and I can use it again and again. An emissions check on the vehicle came out as perfect (during its MOT), so its likely a very intermittent sensor issue. I used the free Android Torque Lite app (no costs or in app purchase needed to reset fault codes) .

Very impressed with product. It was a little difficult to get it paired through my iPhone but maybe I was doing something wrong. But used an android tablet and the torque pro app and it worked fine found the fault code and cleared the engine management light. Again maybe I was going something wrong but to clear the engine light I had to buy the full version of the app but only £2.95.

I drive with it plugged in and collect lots of detailed info when synced with a compatible app via Bluetooth. It has not had to be used to diagnose a fault yet but is ready for when it is needed.

On/Off switch saves battery drain. Connected 1st time & after setting up Torque App for faster connection worked well with good response time. Reading fault codes has saved expensive garage costs. Looking forward to putting it through its paces.
