I have only used the pruners about 3-4 times so I can't comment on the longevity of use, but so far they have worked perfectly. I pruned some bushes about 3/8" to 1/2" diameter and they worked just fine. So far I am more than happy with my decision to purchase these pruners.

Got these for my son and daughter in law! They love gardening! The pair of pruning sheers they had, were old and rusty. They worked sometimes, sometimes not so well. Here in the next couple weeks they will begin pruning and getting ready for winter and early spring. These are very nice, no rust and sharp! I anticipate them loving all the gardening tools, and these sheets, especially!

Honestly I won’t ever use these shears because I bought them as a present for my dad but the price is great and I think you should buy a pair of garden shears if you do any gardening. These will be a perfect gift for the avid gardener in your family just as they will be for mine! I hope you enjoy your purchase for years to come.

The lock feature doesn’t work. I selected them for the lock feature. I'd don't want to return them because the last time I returned a defective item to amazon they said that I didn't return it and charged me

This is adequate at its price point. It’s just something else I won’t use. It’s not a bad shears, just unremarkable.

Good for it's size and sharpness in blades. Locking mechanism can suddenly lock during use.
