While these sheets are 1000 thread count, I was expecting a bit thicker sheet, as this sheet set was replacing another set of beloved and old 1000 thread count sheets, where the fitted sheet finally just wore out and could no longer be mended, that were thicker; it really all depends on the thickness of the threads used that make up that thread count, (a fabric weight would also be a good descriptive to add). With that said, I washed the new sheets when they arrived, (not a fan of sleeping on the sizing put into cotton fabrics to make them look pretty in stores and in packaging), and put them on the bed directly from the dryer and love them. Even though not as thick as the old sheets, they are still well made, very good quality cotton and smooth once on the bed. My mother would have ironed the sheets, (100% cotton wrinkles, that is its nature) I did not because I'm not a nut.Note that I'm a professional quilter and know a great about the quality and treatment of cotton fabrics...the sheet fabric is quality fabric. I washed and dried on the next higher setting than noted on the washing instructions and used fabric softener as well.

Avoid. Got ripped off. Not sateen at all. Doubt thread count is accurate. Sure don't feel like any 1000 TC sheets I've had before. Fabric pilled after first wash. These feel like cheap sheets from Walmart.Sellar then harassed me by sending me emails every week to leave a review. Well, here you go.UPDATE:Seller is now harassing me demanding I take down my negative review. I will not. Why would I?

I bought this set after reading reviews, and originally ordering another sheet set that I was not satisfied with. I cannot find anything negative to say about this set. The sheets are thick, but keeps you cool due to the cotton material. You would think due to the thickness of the sheets, they would be too warm, but they are wonderful feeling luxury! I've only washed them twice so far, but know they will become softer the more they are washed. I am still using a set that I had bought from Amazon several years ago, and they still are in good condition and oh so soft now. This set washes well, dries well and stay on the bed! A previous set I had purchased were too slippery to stay on my bed. I have a thick mattress with a feathertop over the mattress, so the thickness of the bed exceeds 15". These fit great with room to spare. I've just placed an order for a second set in a different color, and HIGHLY recommend these sheets if you love comfort and quality at the same time. Sleep well all!

Update: I have to admit that the Customer Service at Urban Hut is FANTASTIC!! In all honesty, they have THE BEST Customer Service compared to ANY Amazon Vendor!! They will do whatever it takes to make a customer happy!! Wish every vendor was this way! I will definitely be purchasing from Urban Hut in the future! 👍👍Bought these thinking they were going to be 1000 thread count...although they are good sheets, I doubt they are 1000 thread count. They are comfortable, but thin.

I have had these sheets for about a month now and I really enjoy these sheets! this isnt my first set of Egyptian cotton sheets so im not sure what some are speaking about them not being soft, but these are solid. With these types of sheets, you have to wash them a certain way and use less detergent and chemicals on first wash, other wise you will ruin the integrity of the sheet along with drying on a delicate setting. Urban Hut, amazing product!

Every person wants a certain feel in their sheets, and this product is what I was going for. It's a medium-grade thickness I'd say, which is what I wanted. It is even more important to have high quality feel, and these are it. I've washed them a few times and seem even a tad softer. They do wrinkle though because they are cotton, but that's not important to me because I make the bed every day and I can't see that. It's a great value for the money.

I belong to hotel and restaurant Industry and professor in Hospitality Management School. So by the nature of job we have been observing such things, which a normal man can skip when it comes to comfort. Let me tell all of you that Amazon has so many options for such sheets and some of them are good as well. But talking especially for this product few things are required to be highlighted as those are in addition to other good products –1.Stitching Quality – Very minute job and done carefully2.Natural – Product is absolutely 100% natural cotton. Some manufacturers mix the cotton with artificial fabric to make it more fancy. But in these sheets I have not found those. Absolutely fantastic thing to have.3.Safety – The item, which I received, has additional plastic cover on top of sheets and then box packing. I assume that the attempt was to prevent sheets from the box inner. Wonderful thinking as it also prevented the sheets from moisture as well.I have tried to share my experience with you all to help in or your purchase decision. Choice will remain yours.

Love these sheets! I bought them to replace a set of sheets I believed to be a blend. They just didn't feel good after sleeping on soft cotton flannel all winter. When I took them off I saw that they were 100% cotton but they feel nothing like these new Urban Hut sheets. They are buttery soft and luxurious. I love them.
