I liked the size of it because I didn’t want a long scarf for work. I liked that the hat and the scarf both light up and have the option to blink or stay on.

Used the scarf and hat for a night time holiday run put on by our homeowner’s association. They fit the bill. The quality is very good just beware that the hat lights only on the front and the scarf is designed with a loop on one side where the tail fits through leaving one only lighted end. It’s really a good design that stays put.

The light up cap is working. The light up scarf does not light up at all. Seems that this would have been checked out before offering it for sale since the light up feature is the entire reason for purchasing these items. I realize this is a used item but it was advertised as being light up. It was not.
