Inspired LED - 6' (Six Foot) Interconnect Cable for Use with All Products - Under Cabinet Lighting

I bought two of these one foot (12 inch) cables, actually, and both of them work exactly as they should.I agree that the price seems steep for a little bit of cable, but I suspect that producing the cable costs more than the materials, so a short cord is not cheaper than a long cord.It is worth noting that one can order products directly from the manufacturer and request different cable lengths than those supplied in Amazon kits. I thought about doing that, and may purchase direct in the future when I inevitably expand my use of LED lights, but I often prefer to go through Amazon on a purchase from a new supplier like this one, enjoy my Prime shipping, know the return policy, etc.I love these lights. When I bought LED strip lights for a kitchen remodel in 2007, I paid more two pieces (less bright than these) than I did for a total of nine light strips and three power sources here and now. I am a huge fan of dispersed lighting at low levels, and this company offered the total flexibility that I wanted. I think these are a solid buy, even at this price for a cable.The cheapest place I know of to purchase LED strips is the big Swedish boxed furniture chain, but there is zero flexibility with those! Inspired LED is literally lighting up my life. :)

I ordered these because I wires a log cabin and didn't want to mess with massive drilling to run new 120 v line. These are low voltage and super easy to run, anyone that can operate a drill for holes and some screws for mounting and tie downs can do this very quickly with little mess or extra work. I ordered all the parts that I could from Amazon but got some extras from the companies website. I strung up a kitchen in maybe an hour, including above and under cabinet mountings. Get some cable mounts and some of the junction connectors and find a place to hide a small powerstrip for your starting point and you can branch off from there. I drilled holes just big enough for the ends to fit through (I feature enhancement would be small cable ends, but totally not a show stopper) and ran the small wires (they're very tidy and easy to run, bend, tie down, etc) along the insides of the cabinet styles, easy to hide. It really brightens up the room, and I will do this again for other rooms or for friends. I felt the brightness was good, maybe a 8 on a scale of 10. You can not look at them directly for more than a second or so.

This little interconnect cable works perfectly and is in the size that I need it. 5 stars for functionality. But I have to agree with the other reviewers who noted the inflated pricing. This is maybe a one dollar item. But, I like the inspiredled system of lighting so much that I was willing to pay the extra money. Now here's the thing.... I called the inspired company with a couple of questions and it seems they would have swapped out the longer cables that came with the three light kit I bought for these shorter cables. I had already opened the package and tried to use the longer cables before I checked to see if shorter ones were available so I couldn't exchange mine. Perhaps this review will help someone else who purchases the kit and wants to get different lengths.BOTTOM LINE: all around this is a great lighting system. The components are overpriced in my opinion but the end result is very nice

First of all, these lights work great and look awesome. Very nice color in my opinion. Don't let the 4 stars scare you away. I reduced a star because the included cables and connections are not enough to get them installed. It's very frustrating to get 99% done then wait 2 more days for a $6.99 connector to finish the project.Another small gripe is that there is no battery included for the remote and it requires the remote top get the lights set correctly. It takes a CR 2025 battery. Also there are no directions but I feel they ate easy to figure out.Once the new connector comes in I'll be excited to see all the lights on together.

Purchased an Albrillo Under Cabinet Lighting Kit but needed a longer interconnect cable than the 3 foot ones that came with the kit, and Albrillo does not appear to sell longer cables, so I purchased the Inspired LED 6 foot cable, and it works perfectly with the Albrillo lights. Thanks to Inspired for filling this niche.

Got my lights in today, easily installed, ordered a longer cable to reach over sink area to other cabinets, use a distribution block.....all installed and satisfied so far, just need batteries for my remote to brighten and dim. Seems like a good buy so far and wasn't too expensive.

The 39" cables that were included with the Albrillo cabinet lighting system were not long enough to link the 3 light bars between the units of my entertainment center. I bought two 6' cables & this allowed the necessary distance needed to tie all together without staining to make the short ones work.

was going to chop and add wire to the connector that came with the under cupboard lights but found this extension cord that was just the right length to go from under the upper cupboards on one side of the stove to the other this will make a better looking and safer job thanks!!!
