CHINESE junk! Do NOT buy or you will be screwed. Learn from my mistake!
I paid more for this than for others thinking that I would get a better quality product. Boy, was I fooled by this $10.99 piece of low quality CHINESE crap. Used it for less than a week and it quit working. Tested my fuses only to find out that they were all fine. Tried the unit in three outlets to find out the outlets were hot but the USB charger was not.My $1.99 USB single and double chargers work while this overpriced POS is looking great but NOT functioning.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THE PRODUCT IS A RIP OFF!

Works well and fits in tight spots
This charger works great! I'm able to have 2 smartphones and a tablet all charging at once. That's really helpful for those longer road-trips with the kids. It's also small enough that it's able to fit in the charging port in my center console without interfering with closing the top. I've used this with a Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, a Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone and an an LG G2 all at the same time. I put the tablet in the 2.4 A port.I bought one of these for my parents as a Christmas present. They were looking at getting a car charger for the new tablet they'd gotten and hadn't even realized that if they got a single charger for the tablet, they wouldn't be able to charge their phones at the same time. They were happy to get this one.Buyers need to be careful about checking the size of the fuse serving the charging port that they plug this into. I knew in advance one of my charging ports only has a 5 Amp fuse which means that at 6.6 Amps this would overdraw and possibly blow the fuse. The port I bought this for is serviced by a 10 Amp fuse though and I haven't run into any problems using all 3 usb ports at once.

I purchased this item because it seemed as though my kids were constantly running out of battery when in the car. I purchased this for many reasons 1) favorable reviews, 2) all USB ports are 2.4 A high speed charging. 3) it is compact. On my car the area around the cigarette lighter is very compact and if I bought a 4 port charger it would not have fit. So far it has been able to charge my Samsung S5, a ipad 2 and a kindle fire HD all at the same time and at a speed consistent with that of its own wall charger. It is used daily and constantly plugged in. At this time I would buy this item again for my other car but it is not needed at this time. I will update my review of this item if I feel it is failing or not working like it should.

Too Touchy To Be Convenient
This does work as advertised. However it is a bit of a pain. It requires jiggling in the cigarette lighter slot to get it to work. You need to make sure the blue light is on or it isn't charging. I learned that the hard way when my MP3 player speaker quit working while I was driving. OK Figuring that out was my fault and I learned. Unfortunately it didn't end there. It is very touchy. If I accidentally brush it while reaching for something it goes off. Not good when you're driving. When I disconnect my phone or MP3 player, it goes off for the other things plugged in and I have to fiddle around jiggling it to get it to work again. It even stopped working when I drove over a rough road.I would not repurchase this charger, but am using it until I find one that is more reliable. I do like the features (three slots) but it's just too touchy.

Good device
This charger works exactly as described. This item does not charge Samsung phones as quickly as Samsung's fast charger, it doesn't claim to but some folks might confuse this for a fast charger. It does however charge our Samsung Galaxy s6 as quickly as the Samsung proprietary standard charger.

Get it for looks, get it for charging power!
I've been using the charger off and on since purchased, and no problems yet. it charges fast as its advertised and the power is at 2.1amp which is fast! great for tablets, apple brands, android as well.. looks good and built very well. recommend it.

Nothing special
I'm pretty disappointed. This charger claims to be a "rapid charger", but I swear it actually charges my Nexus 6 more slowly than other chargers I've used. I'm not sure why it has such high reviews. I guess the three USB ports are a good feature, but I was looking for a charger that worked faster than the average one. If that's also what you're looking for, keep shopping.

Love this Gadget
Works great. I thought I had a problem with the car unit, but I plugged this little gadget in and it works great! Very happy with purchase. Very good unit, especially for the price. Bough a second one recently.
