Well worth reading
The Octopus by Kenn Thomas and Jim Keith.A good book to read. Very interesting. I wish the likeableBoy Scout would have listened to his friends who told him toback off or he would be killed. How I found this book was round about. I had attended alecture and it concerned the anti-inflamatory effects of Tylenol.I read the section on Wikepedia and saw the name Casolaro andasked myself, who is he? What did he have to do with Tylenol.I went to the site Danny Casolaro and found about 8 to 12 pagesabout him. Now days there are perhaps 3 pages there on Wikepediaand most of it is missing. In any event, I read that he had perhapstaken 2 tylenol from the drug screen and that was not enough for asuicide. Further, he had cut his wrist 8 times on one side, right throughthe tendons and 4 times on the other wrist, and from 3 years ofForensic lectures, that is not suicide but murder. No one cuts throughhis tendons. What in the world did he do, I asked myself. His dad wasan obstetrician and his brother was an orthopedist. I just had to keepreading. Then he had a friend who is called Danger Man. He was tryingto get the government to give him back his software that is worth a lot ofmoney and probably too valuable for one guy to have in his possession.Well, it is like a hydrogen bomb. I read on and saw that Mr. Danger Manhad to hire 4 lawyer to represent him in court. First Lawyer, Eismannever got to court as he was shot and killed in his car. He found a secondlawyer John Crawford who died of a Heart Attack. A third lawyer washired, Paul Wilcher and he also died. Nothing written about how he diedbut bad luck seems to follow his lawyers. The fourth lawyer was scheduledto go before a grand jury but a few days before that was to happened,Ian Spiro and his family, wife and three daughters were killed execution-styled slaying. By this time, my hair was standing up. I asked myself, who in the world was this Casolaro. I never heard of him. I read furtheron Wikepedia and came to the part that stopped me cold. At the funeralfor Danny Casolaro, and it was raining too, his immediate family werethere; two figures in military uniforms stood off to the side and spoketo no one. As the casket was being lowered into the ground, they walkedforward and motioned to stop lowering the casket. They wore their insigniaand regalia and were dressed for the occasion. One walked forward to thecasket and place two medals on his chest, they came to attention, saluted Danny, about faced, and walked away to a car and drove away. They never said a word. There is no record that he ever worked forthe government or the military. That is when I decided I had to get thatbook and read a little more about this person.

This book explains so many things...
I bought this book about two years or so ago. I read it at work (3rd shift valet at a major hospital; not very many cars to park). I've read many books about various conspiracy theories. This is one of the most engrossing books I have ever read in my entire life. The reason is that Danny Casolaro's investigations ran into so many "tentacles" of "the octopus". If you want to read a book that will at once both captivate and frustrate you, this is the one. After reading so many other books on conspiracies, this one rings true in that the people and groups he uncovered all connect to so many other aspects of "the great conspiracy", or what many call "the New World Order".Anyone who can read this book and think that none of it is true is an either an idiot, or one who desperately wants to hold on to America's innocence. I love the "potential" of America and its founding principals. But, as of late, our country is in the hands of evil men. One may even wonder when it wasn't. That's a debate not suited for this review.Big government, sin, the left/right political paradigm, and a myriad other things have allowed these things to go on for far too long. I fear there will be no renewal of American greatness. If you read this book, you will know why I feel this way. The right won't admit to its leaders' sins and the left won't admit to its own. Each just wants to blame the other. Meanwhile, evil men get away with murder.

The Sad story of Danny
Poor Danny never got to tell his story. His 'suicide' in West Virginia was a complete CIA/Mafia/you name it hit. The subsequent cover up from top to bottom just screams out at you. Danny was headed to West Virginia to met with a mysterious source that was going to give him hard evidence that would link all the tentacles of the Octopus together. Sadly, I think that person Danny went to met was a the man or men that killed him. Danny was getting way to close to the truth and in this country, just like in Russia, China, etc, when that happens the players involved either bribe you, threaten you and your family's lives and if none of that works they make it look like a suicide. Poor guy really wrote well almost like a poet. It's a shame he never got a chance to slam those criminal elements in our government too the wall. He was in way over his head and in my eyes was a great hero whistle blower and i think a bit naive. We'll never know all the details because of the handling of the crime scene and the most glaring fact that has always pointed out at me as prof of a cover up. Where did Danny's brief case containing all his important papers go? Kenn Thomas' does the best job he can to put the pieces of what was left behind, but I'm sure Danny would have a much more damning story to tell. A must read for conspiracy buffs!!
