My husband is diabetic and there is quite a bit of sugar in most cough syrups. This has been very hard to find. There are brands advertised on TV but I can't find them in the local pharmacy. The taste isn't bad and it does calm the cough from his cold.

Great pertussis which lasts most of the night. Sugarless, so my diabetes is not affected.

This is how cough syrup should be made anyhow, not only safe for diabetics but great for everyone. They should not put sugar in all the cough syrups out in the market. For us, sugar just makes us cough more, this is awesome.

Bought this for my diabetic friend she liked it very much helped her cough and did not hurt her sugar levels

I generally keep this product in my medicine cabinet but ran out. It works better than others because it contains no alcohol and sugar.

Great for diabetics.
